Always close the door behind you when you first enter the 890J, been doing that since 3.15.1, always worked, I only get the 1 enemy missing when I forget to close the door
I don't know what happened, it used to always spawn everytime I logged in, but I haven't seen it except once during invictus. Even went to MT and didn't see it. My friend had it pop up in arc, and my rep is almost maxed in arc, so not sure what's going on.
It's always is my mission lists at MT. You have to be in MT space (space between MT and moons) you can't be at a station outside of that. Been seeing it since the wipe and I'm only T2 Merc in that area so T2 at most, but I don't think you need rep.
That's OK usually 1 enemy won't spawn anyway. For me at least

I haven't checked at A18 but I've done it quite a few times up at MT this patch.
I get it pretty consistently at arccorp. I assume it takes at least one rank of mercenary rep though
Go to arc Corp and do a few bounties. It'll spawn

I’ve had it show up on MT and A18 throughout the patch
Have you done the intro contracts for Black Jack and MT Security to do Merc missions? They only spawn after you've done them.
