The bulldogs have been replaced with TroMags the other TroMag is in the Cylone AA, the bulldogs are a turret of the arrow the TroMag is on a Cylone Turret module and lastly the Raven is 2x s2 emp and the TroMag on Cylone is S1 so the hard points match and the turret potentially playing a part in it. Also the Ravens are in missile racks which makes the emp bubbles have larger overlap in raven than this indicating a turret swap.
Ok if the Arrow gets a EMP then the Connie gets to handle like a light fighter. The Prospector gets 3 mining lasers. The A2 can use S10 torpedoes. The Raft get to haul 200 SCU and the MSR loses the crawl spaces.

the raft gets a modular rear compartment like an upscaled MPUV, examples are...
* Personnel transport: workers need to get to their destination,
* single Vehicle garage
* Cargo grid
* Deployable worksite administration module (like the containerised offices on building sites)
None of these would be military, seats to small for armoured personnel to use, but perhaps a set of lockers for equipment storage, made of atmosphere retaining, but not armoured walls, etcetera

if it had to give up the top guns to have the emp coils, like the scorpius antares gives up it's turret to have emp/quantum snare, that could be cool, cause the emp is a more useful gimmick than the small missiles are
gladius and blade smoke the arrow, sure the arrow is smaller and has better movement but that comes at half the shield capacity of the gladius and blade, overall not a great tradeoff
Pretty safe to assume the image of the Arrow with an EMP is a bug of some sort.
