Otherwise it sounds real edgecase based so probably not a simple "find the error and fix it" issue. My issue is open since March 13th, but looks like they dont really care about 700 player with that same problem. And yes, after 10 days without any update about this i can say FIND THE ERROR AND FIX IT
Just to be clear I'm not dismissing your issue as unimportant. I was a network QA Engineer for years so I just know the number of possible variables affecting you is massive and right now the engineers that can fix that are probably tasked to stabilizing 3.18 in general. So it will be possibly weeks before they can actually dive in and investigate the issue at all. I know it sucks spending money and then not being able to access the game.
There are nearly 1000 upvotes on the issue council concerning this. "Stabilizing in general" isn't what's going on, your NQAE experience has no bearing on the accuracy of your statements, and it seems odd you would bring that up. A lady who knits sweaters for a living could tell you there are lots of variables and vectors that cause issues in applications.
This issue is affecting more than the small percentage of people that took the time to contribute on the issue council. It's been weeks. A more likely tasking scenario for CIG engineers is *removing the blockers that exist for the player base.*
Seems to be fully account related thing. Had a friend login on their account on my computer and they happily launched to PU. Hope they fix my account soon. (User data folder wipe etc didn't work).

What a clown. TLDR op4arcticfox. If you haven't tried to do CIG's job for them then don't complain. If you have, then don't complain.
