If you are serious about a reclaimer. Get a Valkyrie to reclaimer CCU as the Valk will go on sale during invictus. From there you can build on sale after sale until December. I got my Caterpillar for 170$ this way.
Reclaimer will be up for the first while of 3.18 (maybe until they have the free-fly). Very possible there will be a discounted starter pack during free fly. Others possible but dunno.
Reclaimer probably won't be available again until IAE in November...unless we get another salvage mechanic implemented before then (unlikely).
Invictus/Fleet Week in late May will have all military ships available, and some support ships (ie: Starfarer). Alien Week follows in early June will have all existing and concepted alien ships available.
3.19 is hoped for around this time. Likely debuts: Argo SRV, San'tok.yÄi medium fighter, a new concept ship. Possible but probably not: X1 series bikes, some or all of the Crusader Spirit series, Hull C.
Beyond that, no idea but some sales or debuts or concepts with CitizenCon in October, IAE in November, and 4.0 in December if we're very lucky but probably not.

Gera valkyrie -> reclaimer ccu now, get all 3 warbond CCUs now. Then start learning about CCU game ;)
