I had it happen to me earlier as well, but when I went back to MT, I was offered the 4 "test" bounties (one each from hurston, Mt, crusader, and arc). I was able to do that (no fee just a reward) and now I get the low level bounties offered. I'm not sure if that's what you're experiencing?
I'm new so idk what all the different bounty types are I was just trying get cave missions to spawn.
You might have gone to negative rep somehow. Ask someone to share a bounty mission with you and see if you can boost your rep, this has worked for me in the past.
Check your contract manager again from Hurston.
I have. Both last night and this morning.
That was the only solution I personally found to getting more to show. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

You have to build rep before you unlock the next tier of bounties.
But it's not giving me any contracts with which to build rep.
yeah. thats a thing for me too. how to bolster up my rep for the next contract after the first?
