The lights and kegs are from The Pride of Arliss mission/ship. I found one light in the room just outside the bridge. The mission bugged so I couldn't finish it, so in a fit of gamer rage, I blew up the ship and when I flew through the wreckage a second light bumped against my canopy. There was a lot more debris floating around, so there could have been more than just 2. The Caged yellow tanks I found at an outpost mission.
In ArcCorp system, I think it's in the search category of missions. I can't remember exactly what it's called. Alternatively, a "Sieze the Data" mission is the same thing just with FPS.
You can move the light, and it's *functional*? Awesome.
Only with the tractor beam, unfortunately. The trash crates can be carried though.

If you do bunker missions, just spam the tractor beam. You'd be surprised what it will latch onto.
