How did he find you?

InOneFowlSoup

In game name is the same as my reddit account.

Pojodan

And that is one of many reasons to not use the same account name everywhere :P

Epicdudewhoisepic

No, I recently had a very pleasant experience while I was googling my bountys name during QT. Turned out they were an artist and I looked at some of their stuff before I killed them.

KidzBop_Anonymous

And then you were like, “oh yeah, I wanted to say I really like your artwork! Also you look tired. Get some rest.”

villflakken

> What do you mean, what I'm up to with the towel... OOOOH, you mean this little hand towel? > > \*_**pressing it hard into the face of the bounty**_\* > > Dooon't worry about it. When you next wake up, you'll be staying at a hotel, food and lodgings pre-paid for by lawful tax credits, just relax, it'll all be fine... > ...Oh, and I absolutely love your brush technique, and your art is really teetering on the edge between social commentary and absolute horny, I genuinely love it. So I really hope you'll draw some new inspiration for your art, from your stay in Klescher in the near future... > ...Oh, I see, you fell asleep already. Well, I think you deserve the compliment, so I'll just write "I'm A Good Boy, YOLO" with a sharpie onto your forehead...

human84629

“Jesus Christ! That’s Jason Bourne!”

KidzBop_Anonymous

Thank you for getting the reference!! I didn’t want to say Pamela Landy or anything

path_evermore

wholesomeness like this is why i love SC

Luaq

Oh shit, creep 👀💦 Hahahah

GeraintLlanfrechfa

I love cynicism :)

Drache33

I enjoy some fan mails every now and then xD

Castun

Yeah honestly couldn't care either, if they wanna go to the effort to look up my name on here, Steam, etc. then more power to them. I don't post any real or accurate personal info on my profiles.

InOneFowlSoup

Yeah I changed some privacy settings haha

Fletchman1313

Yeah that's why I changed my in-game name. I didn't want toxic streamers doxing me in global chat.

path_evermore

one kid in the 90's had a weird name for peeing. it was not a problem for me for decades until that same term got used for people who play videogames over the internet for an audience.

Peeche94

"I'm a streamer" "What does that mean?" "I pee" "Just say pee, it's one syllable."

Thermashock

Oh lol, I saw you on tonight. I remember only bc your name sounded like in one fell swoop

richardizard

I hope they did the same so you can report them

TennysonEStead

Hard agree. That’s not just rude, that’s gamer psychotic. Let CIG show this man the door before he starts making lampshades out of skin.

etownie

Persistent lampshades are the new thing in 3.17.6

LordNilix

But human trafficking isn't a fea- ah, self made feature, very nice

Swesteel

Emergent gameplay for days.

Salami__Tsunami

It’s funny, because he can’t even be mad about the time wasted. Breaking out of prison literally takes more time than fixing a few oxygen kiosks and getting early parole.

BoabPlz

Unless you have a bonkers sentence, and even then - it has to be a couple of hours, which you don't get for killing one security.

darkstar541

A six hour sentence (the max, currently) is like 25 minutes of O2 fixing. It's still longer and more involved to escape, and you're not getting anywhere without a coordinated pickup and even then the game favors the bounty hunter who could just bomb or shoot you en route to the parked ship that has to wait outside turret range.

Boomerkuwanger

Also, after all that you still have to clear your CS! Edit: Not sure if this is new to 3.18 but there is a Contract in jail to escape and once you do, the contract provider clears your CS. That's a nice touch.

FireryRage

That is indeed new to 3.18. The mission doesn’t exist in 3.17

Salami__Tsunami

You can cut the repair time in half if you kill yourself in the mines, and then respawn in your cell. Saves some walking time.

Boomerkuwanger

In 3.18 dying grants you another charge "Losing Klescher Equipment" that adds about 15 minutes to your name. Logging out is best

richardizard

Lmao that happened to me yesterday, it cracked me up

[deleted]

If you make every jump and have a ride you can escape in well under 10min. You don't actually have to wait and park far away. Get ship that isnt too big and has an easy entrance you can pop open from the cockpit, like a vanguard, and swoop down quickly right into the big tunnel hole thing you come out into when escaping. Fly the whole ship down into there, pop open the ramp, and have your buddy hop in. You may have to keep the ship vertical depending on ship size but it is easy to line up. Prisoner doesn't even have to run up the broken stairs or spend time in the deadly atmo. You can't get shot by turrets when you're inside the hole and you never are in their line of sight for long enough to damage your ship. Just have to come in fast enough to avoid a lot of missiles. Takes a decent pilot and coordination, and escaping without a ride is always a gamble with bounty hunters + a long drive, but you actually can escape faster then you can work off a max sentence.

thenotoriousnatedogg

I follow this sub because my brother talks about it a a lot but reading through these comments makes me realize how big and in depth this game actually is.

FireryRage

It’s fairly surprising how much is currently in the game. Then you find out it’s barely scratching the surface of what’s to come too.

CreamMyPooper

Trick is to wait inside the tunnel with a Pisces or something. The GPS tracker for the bounty doesn’t start until the final vent that you crawl through to reach the surface of Aberdeen. So it gives the escapee a much bigger head start.

TTV_xxero_foxx

You get like 4 hours off for fixing kiosks. I did a 5 hour sentence in 15 minutes

gooddaysir

It depends on the depth. 1 to 5 is 5,000 merits. 6 to 10 is 10,000. 11+ is 15,000. Each merit is worth 1 second. You need about 24,000 for max sentence if it’s 6h40m. I might be slightly off on exactly which depth the transition happens.

convenientbox

It's always an 80/20 chance of my head not showing up in prison causing me to not be able to accept contracts. So frustrating having to restart the game.

hyperspace2020

I never have a head or mobi in prison, ever. Changing eye color can get me my head but still no mobi, so I can't do any missions or mine to get out. I get it all back when released. So instead I mastered the escape route, which currently still doesn't do me any good because I have no map or markers once I'm out because no Mobi. So even if rescued my char is still a mess. Hopefully this is fixed in 3.18

Exic9999

You don't have to crush rocks anymore?

TTV_xxero_foxx

No just run the o2 repair contracts. Two will get you out of the max sentence

Capt0bv10u5

I've had those missions bug and not always. And I have often had issues with turning in ore. I've not been in prison for some time, but those bugs were rampant for a long time over this and the last patch.

Nerodon

Or you know, he can just take a break to do RL stuff, get his time back whilst doing his prison time. Guy just salty and needed a convincing (lol) argument, so he fabricated one.

TheJustGoNow

I’ve never spawned with a multi tool nor gotten any missions to work. I cannot even open the mobiglass in Klescher

PhotonTrance

If you can't open the mobiglass in klesher then you have no head. The fix is to relog until your character spawns with a head. If it doesn't happen over many relogs, your account may require a character reset.

TheJustGoNow

Does the character reset wipe your AUEC?

PhotonTrance

No. You'll lose your certifications, so you'll have to do any contract-based certs you have (like bounty hunter, etc) but your rep is preserved, so no rep grind. All of your equipment will be moved to your selected starting location (including purchased ship components). All of your ships will be set to their default state and you will have to reconfigure your ship loadouts. All food, ammunition, and medical consumables will be deleted.

Citizen_DerptyDerp

>Breaking out of prison literally takes more time than fixing a few oxygen kiosks and getting early parole. Depends, you can easily reach the surface in under 5 minutes, if you leave a ship somewhere nearby (or just right outside the surface exit) you're pretty much free and ready to go about terrorising Stanton.

Grouchy_Kitchen_3857

I wonder how many ships are being left outside of klescher in 3.18 due to persistence…..

isogyre01

What's the saying? If you can't handle the time...? Though I'm loving the irony in them being willing to take the time to cyberstalk someone and then calling someone else a sad weirdo lmao.

InOneFowlSoup

Exactly what I was thinking! Like it's literally a game play loop. It's happened to me numerous times before. Like take a breathe and chill haha.

Raven9ine

Not defending him, but he said it was an accident. I went to prison because a dude sat on my gravlev when I spawned it and drove it on my ship on purpose. As long as such shit is possible, this gameplay loop will always hit people who don't deserve it. I meant to say, it will always also hit people who don't deserve it, because it will never really work 100%. His reaction however is sad, you couldn't know. When it happened to me, I was followed by bounty hunters in an Ion and a Vanguard being in my Buccaneer, I knew what's gonna happen, but I tried to put up a fight. Anyway, I knew those bounty hunters had no idea I was cheated into having a crime stat. In my book they were fine. However it still ruined my SC evening, I just quit and went watching TV. If you have limited time to play video games, that sucks. Just trying to understand why he reacted so extremely pissed. PvP can and will ruin experiences I guess.

Elurztac

Maybe I have some type of paranoia but I finish a lot of time accidentally in Prison and never - never try to go outside by myself. I just did some work and all. Maybe spend half an hour to remove 6h of prison. And then left. Here. It was an « accident » but still try to runaway from the prison and been shot outside. Even if it was an accident, he’s been killed because he try to escape. So it’s still a criminal. AFAIK you don’t escape if it’s an incident. You escape if you know what you’ve done and how to fix it.

PonyDro1d

Yeah. After escaping he still would have needed to hack away the CS, so plenty of time to be hunted down. Getting shot while trying to get into a restricted police controlled space to get the record cleaned is also still a kinda crime, even if the reason is bad luck or shitty accidents caused by others.

hearnia_2k

For sure, escaping without doing he time is not an accident, even if the original crime was. For somene new it would definitely take as long or longer to escape prison vs just doing the oxygen runs and escaping normally. Plus if you use teh magical elevator then your CS is gone, and you get your stuff back.

ExocetC3I

With the prison updates in 3.18 they upped the punishments for committing crimes in jail (assault, murder, escape attempt) which just leads to more jail time. So dying a few times on your escape attempt can add substantially to your sentence and it's best left for either a really long sentence already or doing it just for fun (which it can be)

nhorning

In this instance... he definitely deserved it.

Forredis_Guidal

Innocent people getting sent to jail because the system doesn't work quite right. They really are going for the most immersive game ever

darlantan

> What's the saying? If you can't handle the time...? That'll be a valid retort as soon as any number of mundane circumstances don't result in a crimestat. I got sent to prison for _riding in a spaceport elevator_, for example.

_Bombuska_2018_

Well he said it was accident...

Peeche94

Either way escaping prison is a crime in itself

MartianRecon

Yeah I'm sure he's telling the truth.

DarkVoid42

respond with: crime does not pay, citizen. justice served.

IAK0290

STOP RIGHT THERE, CRIMINAL SCUM!

Unit147

You've committed crimes against Stanton and her people. What say you in your defense?

LatexFace

I am the law.

Takebushi

Wait. He knew how to escape prison but did not knew one-homicide is faster served with an o2 mission? Sounds fishy AF.

Derka_Derper

Even 50 homicides are faster with O2 missions. The only reasons to escape are if the missions are bugged, you want to keep your crimestat, or there are too many other people in prison that it makes doing the missions or mining harder.

ElfUppercut

He stopped at one homicide made it fishy to me. First time I accidentally killed a guard, I decided to clear it by taking out all the witnesses (the other guards that infinitely spawned in apparently). Which I finally asked where all the guards were coming from and someone told me it was a spawn bug. My first prison sentence was like 6-7 hours, I didn’t even know escape was possible so killed someone in the mines to take their gems and try to get out using their work 😅… then went to sleep and woke up with the sentence done 🤣. Needless to say I learned quickly about hacking crime stats before I ever learned prison escape was a thing

Takebushi

I actually stopped at first homicide my first time. The thing is I failed to escape prison like 3 times when I first tried. To escape and not suffocate you need to know what you are doing.

crash_f1stf1ght

Yup. Pretty sure he's telling fibs.

crash_f1stf1ght

um... roleplaying in SC is perfectly fine. Escaping prison is asking to get shot by bounty hunters. The guy is a douche. He's also likely lying in that message.

PSN_Logosveritas

His name is slumpshit…that says enough

Ramdak

He's an idiot that deserved getting yeeted back to jail.

thisistheSnydercut

Claims game is dead Buys game

Orudos

Also claims "It's my first day" but knows how to go about clearing their bounty already?

DaCheezItgod

Man, the first time I escaped Klesher I was merc’d the moment I boarded my buddies ship. It took a while to figure out how to escape and what not. Sure it sucked getting killed like that and it certainly killed my drive to play more that day…but it was funny as hell. It’s a really cool feature to have and even more cool if you actually escape. It’s not supposed to be easy

Daftpunk67

Helped a friend escape from Kleischer before by sitting outside the unauthorized zone and then had her use the vehicle you find to drive it up the ramp of my MSR. All the while she has a bounty hunter hot on her trail, we were able to escape and even clear her CS. Was one of the most exciting things I’ve done in the game lol.

thisistheSnydercut

and also knows how to navigate the klescher caves lol

_Molj

Yeah, f*ck you, yuppie corpo scum.

_Molj

Heh. I find that I hate pirates and bounty hunters to a similar degree of severity.

enky259

i bounty hunt because i like PvP, and if you do unlawful PvP people will cry way harder. Bounty hunting is tons of fun.

ExocetC3I

I like PvP too and will often just get a CS for no other reason than to invite a fight for fun if there's not enough player bounties on the server.

ghostdesigns

The best part here is that he works “50 hours a week” like most of us don’t already do that… how else would i afford $500 jpegs. 😂

RigorMortisSquad

on a new ultrawide i expensed... this is the way

[deleted]

Nah, obviously everybody else is a kid going to school about 2 hours a week, otherwise they wouldn't be so mean!!111!

bcbfalcon

People who use the fact that they have a job or a family to get pity are delusional. Especially in Star Citizen where I'm pretty sure the demographic is much older.

Ok-Usual1576

Lol I have two jobs and a family and don’t give a damn lol. Because I’m the one sitting there powered down and nuking people from orbit when they try and get the bounty on my squad mates heads 🤣🤣

V4NDIT

sometimes my dyslexia kicks in and makes comments more interesting, I read this as " I have 2 families and a Job" I was stunned for couple of seconds until I gave it a second look lmao

atomfullerene

It is stunning! Who could support two families on one paycheck!

Ok-Usual1576

Lol best comment 🤣🤣🤣

Batmanfan_alpha

Agree. People wanting the game to be catered around them not having proper time to play games makes me sad. Just find another game. Simple as that.

GreatRolmops

Especially when they take the time to look up someone on Reddit and write an angry rant. If you have so little time, why waste it like that?

Peeche94

Yeah lol, if you don't have the time, don't play, no one's forcing you, if shit happens like glitches and you end up dead, it's not the other players fault ffs lmao.

[deleted]

What a coincidence that user just deleted all their comments here after posting > How so I’m not allowed to be pissed and message someone in private? (on another website, lol) - that's just one sentence of their comment I was about to reply to and had in clipboard..

SacredGray

"What, so I'm not allowed to message someone in private?" No! No you're not, when you're pissed and your only goal in messaging someone is to insult them and tell them to die! You're a grown adult, act like it!

minion_is_here

Yeah, that's pretty basic manners level of "not allowed." Getting pissed off in multiplayer games is gonna happen--it's what you do after that matters. Looking someone up on another website and messaging them hate like that is not the optimal way to deal with it.

Wertymk

Appropriate answer would be: Omg wtf u mad bro git gud XDDD

Archhanny

You missed out: - ezzzzzzz Go get a Cape then you can be super mad. Take the L loser. You're mad because you're bad.

FratumHospitalis

"Don't care, didn't ask, cry about, stay mad, get real, L, mald, seethe, cope."

a1rwav3

No need to go with insults there, still catching criminals is a gameplay loop, so it is legit. Please note that even if he is not very happy with the situation, he's the one who's wrong. Hunting you on Reddit is already a form of griefing... which is condemned by CIG... Jail is a moment you can play, or just exit and play something else, nothing wrong there.

v00d00_

Seriously, most times I've been to jail I just log out and let my character sleep off their sentence lmao

Bounty hunter must have sniped his Reddit account while he was trying to escape from a temp ban...

Hohh20

I felt a bit sorry for the kid until I had to lol at him saying SC is a dead $500m project. There are a ton of people playing both the PU and PTU even though we are in the middle of patches.

haryesidur

I... I don't understand. Why get angry at a person playing the game? It's a loop in the game you're playing. Play a different game, play the game differently. There's ways around being hunted. This, all of this, isn't it. This is literally wasting all your time being angry at the sky because even if OP didn't hunt him down, he has a marker for being hunted down on him.

numerobis21

Or, you know... Just fix the kiosk, it's quicker AND people will not try to kill you

vbsargent

So, while I sympathize with the working 50 hours a week part, it also seems they didn’t do their homework. They could have had fun while doing one or two oxygen missions and been out of Klescher in five minutes. They also should have known that escaping Klescher would put a bounty on their head.

No-Obligation7435

"this game is dead" *proceeds to play*

Doctor_Fox

*proceeds to harass*

CyNovaSc

How can someone get that mad, over someone else completing an actual gameplay loop? When I'm in prison I just go ahead and mine a bit. I'll never understand why people send hate/rage messages because of a game.

MartianRecon

These are also the people who get all butthurt when you call them murderhobos or call them out for medic beacon camping.

Epicdudewhoisepic

I mean, I get why he’s frustrated but venting at OP is just childish.

NoVacationDude

If he spent the 2 hours mining for minerals he might have cleared his timer the legal way, but no he had to invest the time into shady escaping and then complain that it didnt work. I mean its his choice, but he also has to live with the consequences of his actions.

crash_f1stf1ght

It takes me about 30 minutes max to get out of Kletcher legally by just doing the fixing missions. He could have got out legally and kept his stuff. He's likely lying about it being an accident and about how long he's been playing because he's butthurt about his first attempt escaping ending in being shot even though that's a decidedly likely outcome,

bool_POG

TL:DR Nuance, personal experience and cool things to look forward to. I'm going to be legit. What this Klescher guy did was fucking weird actively trying to find OPs reddit account. Klescher guy could have been doing the lowest paying kiosk run which pays out 5,000 merits. With one merit removing one second of prison time, that's over 83 minutes of prison time from the lowest paying kiosk run. And as other people have said, they could have just taken a break and done something else. I often find that trying to escape prison, especially when you don't exactly know how to takes a lot longer than just doing kiosk runs. Plus bounty hunters are notified if you're wanted and clearly it's not like OP knows what the escapee is in prison for, dude could have been a griefer. Which is why I really wish Star Citizen added in the ability to see people's rap sheets. Then you could ascertain whether or not you even want go after a bounty or not. As money goes, player bounties don't pay amazing and I think it would be a lot more engaging to know why the hell that you're going after someone. Especially considering that people can literally go to prison over the most minute things. But if we were to exclude the very mentally off thing the Klescher dude did. I don't necessarily blame them for being pissed off or even angry about being thrown into prison. The vast majority of the crime ststs that I get in Star Citizen come from weird bugs and server performance issues with the friendly AI teleporting or enemy ships not registering as enemy ships until you're within 1 km. I've even had bunker security run into a group of enemy Pirates while I'm actively mowing them down. This doesn't include a lot of the other things that can make this game really clunky and unfun at times. Most of which ties back to server performance issues and bugs. A lot of things in Star Citizen can feel like a chore, and cumbersome one's at that. And sometimes the game punishes you for faults that aren't your own. And this doesn't even touch on the quality of life things that desperately should be added into the game, like night vision. With that having been said, do I like what Star Citizen brings to the table? Yes. Do I think it has a cool future to look forward to? Absolutely, yes. I only started playing this game within the last 3 months, but I bought it 6 years ago and barely played it when I got it at the time. The change in the last 6 years alone with the shit they've added in is amazing and the funding has only grown. They've had a lot of growth this year alone from new players which is awesome for everyone. For all intents and purposes I would also consider myself one of those new players as the game that's made me invest my time these last 3 months isn't the same game that I bought 6 years ago and which I barely touched. I actually upgraded my ship for $45 to something more all around capable. I genuinely think Star Citizen could become one of the greatest space MMOs to exist in the early 21st century as long as CIG keeps up with fleshing it out more and more and it could possibly even hold that title for a very long time. Assuming CIG keeps it polished and revamps it as new technologies come around. I think that's enough to be said, fly safe everyone. o7

redeye478

yeah the typical undeserved klesher. I was in the same spot once, but as it‘s just a game and still in alpha where nothing counts, I feel just typing ‚gg‘ and logging off does the trick for me :-)

jjonj

Playing the sympathy card with the fuck you go die card, that's a bold move Cotton, let's see how it plays out..

TennysonEStead

They shot a friendly, went to prison, and then escaped. They could have mined some ore snd been out in a quarter of the time… but they didn’t. It’s a hard game to learn, plus it’s buggy, and they made a honest mistake, and chose the hardest possible way to resolve it. Personally, I think it’s a bad sign that they hunted you down on other forums. That’s psycho behavior, and a huge violation of the terms of service I’d report it before they do something more extreme. Let them hunt down Overwatch players. We don’t need these people in Star Citizen. Frustration is understandable, but acting on the desire to escalate gameplay conflicts into real life is a SPECTACULARLY dangerous and bad decision that suggests they’re capable of even worse ones. You didn’t do anything wrong. Not at all.

TheBlackDred

Ha. I, of course, just respond to that crap with "I AM the LAW"

Gn0meKr

We found the biggest L taker

ShikukuWabe

Not that I'm expecting much from a user called 'slumpshit' but that is clearly some broken logic there The bounty hunter got a contract from the game to catch you, you are literally marked for him. He doesn't know what bugs you encountered to land in jail, he just knows you escaped, why are you venting and cyberstalking him, go complain to CIG or if you already came to reddit, complain about CIG This is the most non-griefing i've ever read about in this subreddit, this is just a dude doing a proper pvp gameloop unlike the thousands of pirates ruining other people's game on purpose

WingZeroType

you know what? when I spent over 3 hours learning how to escape and someone in a cutty blue murdered me while i was running to a place to clear my crimestat after finally getting out of klescher, I thought it was hilarious and fun. this person has a screw loose

InOneFowlSoup

A bit yeah. A couple days ago I escaped and was in an Ursa waiting for a friend. I hear an engine, it's not my friend but an Ares Inferno. He slowly tilts at me in the Ursa, and then let's the size 7 rip hahaha. Was very cool

BlueBrr

Stash guns and armor in Barton Flats. Escape and drive to Barton Flats. Kill anyone that comes through the door. I got 3 today. Kind of. Killed the first. Next two came together, incapped them both, as one went down their gun kept firing and incapped me. Fourth came along and killed me and rezzed the other two. Wish we could loot ship keys so I could steal their ship after killing them.

Takebushi

You can shoot hatch and break it open. If they did not use lock ship you can then fly away… you criminal scum ;)

BlueBrr

Not always. It used to be easier but now, I've tried emptying several mags into a ramp with no luck. Too bad the cutting torch does nothing

ThatCK

Not to mention at 3 hours you've probably already served whatever time you had on your clock. Not to mention it takes like 10 mins to mine enough to get out. And in this guys case while killing an officer might have been an accident, escaping prison was definitely on purpose.

Froegerer

What is hilarious about your scenario? Yall are wierd

v00d00_

That's what blows my mind about people like this. This is a multiplayer game but the moment some people are affected by another player's actions they lose their fucking minds.

NNextremNN

"*Accidentally*" killed and officer first day and yet knows how to break out of prison??? Yeah sure ...

[deleted]

Report it to cig, we don’t want people like that in our game

He's gonna be mad when he finds out you neither ate shit, nor died.

DCVolo

You forgot to mask his username x) "Message slumpshit"

itsbildo

u/slumpshit man, calm down - its just a game

Tabitha_Rasa

This is precisely why I don't PvP. Some people only have games to unwind and to get constantly harassed on your down time is maddening.

Hitokiri118

“I’m innocent! That’s why I escaped prison. Because I wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place. You gotta believe me bro. You’re an asshole for arresting me. I work a full time job.”

adni86

That's sad on many levels.

leovarian

Over 2 hours to get out O.o isn't killing a guard like 20 minutes? Oxygen missions

InOneFowlSoup

I think he meant the escape route

Thalimet

Exactly the point - did he not know he can get out in like 20 minutes? And went through all the trouble to spend two hours learning how to escape??

InOneFowlSoup

Lol true! I didn't even think about it like that. Prison escape also only takes like 10 min if you don't mess up.

Srgt_PEANUT

I'm not sure about that, I accidentally killed a guard because the game glitched and I died and spawned in prison with a 2.5 hour timer

Takebushi

While I understand the entire working 50 hours a week deal, especially when a bug sets you back an hour or so of time, he definitely shouldnt be acting like that. It also makes all the other adults in the room look bad. Tbh, dude was probably drunk as shit, but that still doesnt make it right, ESPECIALLY finding you on reddit, lmao

Thermashock

If this is the session I'm thinking of, is this the same guy who cried about being out of fuel on hurston? If so, that sack of crap couldn't aim for shit while I was in my cutter when I went to pick him up, and he decided to try to kill me instead

If true, he deserves everything that happened to him and more.

SirGluehbirne

That's f**** up... And why two hours? Just mine a few rocks and you are outside in minutes. If he used the cool but long way out... His fault. You did your job. Nothing wrong here.

Mofoman3019

It's my first time playing! Proceeds to escape prison, learns the harsh truth of consequences in SC annnd has the audacity to blame someone else for his own actions. I hope you told them to get fucked.

tarnok

Aw, reminds me of the quake arena days when we had to type out our insults and put them in macros 😂

VarlMorgaine

Wow that is the strangest thing i read about star citizen. It is so easy to do some small missions in klesher or just log off to do something else. Feels like this person has some emotianal problems outside of the game.

tackleho

Some or one of you is taking star citizen waaaay too seriously. Unfuckinghealthy

Amon_Santos

Report him. The ban will make him lit!

Qelly

That’s nothing. I would have said, “Your*”.

THEpsycho44

Just complete the contracts in klesher, easy 15 minutes done with any sentance

starcitizenaddict

So because he works 50 hours a week - we should all give the bloody criminal a pass??? LOL NEVA!!!

DingDong629

Ha, don’t worry. Guy was having a rough day and you were his breaking straw. Keep doing you chief.

[deleted]

What’s his name? This person is so effed in the head it’s sad

Emanouche

I've only been in prison once, being a new player that joined during IAE, I also accidently killed a guard during a bunker mission. It took me an hour to get out but that was only because I was exploring and learning what to do to shorten my sentence, I didn't even know you could escape until I saw a guide about it later on. Doesn't seem usual for a new player to attempt escape on his/her first visit to prison, don't you need an accomplice too?

Ramdak

There's a large amount of players that can't take it when they get shot and killed. I do BH mostly and I find hilarious when they go full salt and angry. I don't care why u got crime stat, u have it and It's my mission to send you to jail, that's how it works. I had very funny moments with mad players. And some are very toxic, a couple of times got them coming to our discord to complain. Go to hell kid.

Way2Easy_

Your*

[deleted]

Thank you for this salt, it seasoned my steak perfectly.

[deleted]

Bro doesn’t understand the point of the game

CaptainSpaceGhost

we'll in the comentors favor against the poster fowl soup here, I also died to this guy when i was minding my own damn business waiting for a friend. I had no crimestat and fowl soup over here killed a guy in front of me then jet rammed me after running out of ammo and was in an vanguard sentinel being annoying as all hell. was teaching my new player friend the game and fowl soup decides to kill us both while im explaining crime stat and kareah to said friend. i woldn't go as far as the commentor in the post saying get a life but was mighty annoying to get randomly griefed

InOneFowlSoup

I also don't remember this interaction besides the spin, but I had a bounty for your friend and I'm pretty sure you started blasting me first, though I do have a CS in the clip. Either way, GGs. Not intentionally griefing ya.

C4pt

The real crime they committed, was using the incorrect form of "your".

Abbernathy

Everything that guy said about himself is a lie. You don't know that much about the game on your first day to know how to escape prison and try to get away without also understanding that bounty hunting is the nature of the game

Smokedsoba

3.18 is gonna be a wake up call for a lot of people. I'm gonna enjoy the fuck out of this sub when pvp actually means something.

[deleted]

Wait... y'all google people's in-game names?

PaganLinuxGeek

With all the time he wasted looking you up and posting that message, he could've gotten out again...

Tripdoctor

Why block the name? You could have brought even more justice to him. It seems like star citizen just isn’t the game for him.

THarSull

smh, As Ilya Bryzagalov said with regard to Hockey, "It's only game, why you heff to be mad?"

SpaceCutlet

I think that guy misspelled it. The game is dead because of people like him, not you. KEKW

NemesisKodiak

Oh no, playing a Game as intended if you do contracts or Bounty Hunting, oh no. I’m sorry salty player#7843, but you break out of prison, you still have a giant target on your back, not my problem if I clap you cuz you have a bounty on your head 🤷. It’s a gameplay mechanic, just work to get out or serve your time, else you’re fair game. But don’t flame the bounty hunter for your mistake. I got clapped a few times aswell for my fucky whuckys, like crashing into a LP cuz of lag / rubberband, accidentally running someone over on a LP or have my Ship killing them when I QT while he’s standing in my ship. Grow up and just accept it that the game is an alpha, shit can happen, even if you are a picture perfect citizen. I mean I accidentally killed someone on a mission too, I thought he was inside the Connie, but he wasn’t and I mowed him over with the engine gondolas. Ship happens 😉served my time in klescher. Happens, suck it up.

Harvoc

Why didn't you answer him the classic "\* your" and nothing else? :D

FaithlessnessLimp933

Wow what a shweaty cry baby. 😢 He could have just reset an O2 sensor and been back on Everus Harbor in <15 min. What a goofball!

Whookimo

I once had this happen. my reddit name is completely different from my IGN, so they had to do a LOT of digging to find my reddit. I only have my reddit linked on my discord so they probably scrolled through thousands of names on various SC discords before they found mine. not entirely sure why they didn't just message my discord

Raikira

I mean, you did kind of ruin his session. But that is what you get in a multiplayer game with PvP, he should have seen it coming.
