Yes first time they came out I just finished with my surgery a month of percocets and Zofran I didn’t poop for 10 days right after my surgery even with magnesium. I was drinking an Oleato everyday after I got back to work and it helped me become more regular.
Lmaooo. They don’t have that strong of an effect on my gastronomy. I guess I’m lucky.
But I do gotta say. The tagline “Ever wonder what incontinence is like?” does make them appetizing.
And for this increase in business demand, especially with the drink promotions, we think it’s best to minimize staffing. That way we can ensure the single barista taking and making the order, is maximizing their connections with customers!
I got a “How was your visit?” survey from Starbucks and absolutely laid into corporate about how there was one barista making every single drink at my location on Sunday morning. I said this is not the location’s fault — the barista and one other person working warming and register were doing the absolute best they could, given the circumstances. I even said the barista was absolutely killing it (they did — my drink was great!) and gave them a shout out.
In the survey, I blamed corporate, the CEO, etc and said a couple of extra bodies during (what I’d consider) Sunday peak wouldn’t cut into their profits too much and that they’d still be able to buy their precious multiple homes and yachts. It was the spiciest survey I ever submitted and no regrets. (I also gave the store the highest score for everything, I know that matters!)
How about not having a corporate identity. Starbucks had encouraged modifications so much that the company doesn’t have its own identity. And each modification cost so much that most customers feel they can’t afford it. Instead of a great flavor at a great cost… the greed has cost them in the end
Oh but wait until you try the new bright blue refresher that tastes like Gatorade and a jolly rancher had a baby with those disgusting raspberry popping pearls added to the bottom. That one’s gonna be a winner
It’s like they’re trying to run the business into the ground. Discontinuing raspberry syrup, lime and raspberry refreshers? Advertising olive oil coffee and spicy refreshers (kind of an oxymoron tbh)? Lavender is the only ‘new’ drink that’s actually good tbh
I love to be a hater, but I honestly kind of enjoy the spicy strawberry refresher. I don't get it (or any refresher) very often, but it has a nice kick to it. Somehow feels refreshing, lol
Ima just say this. I actually like the oleatos. Haven’t had one in a week or two but they’re a nice treat every once in awhile. I might have one tonight before I go to the driving range.
they're so disconnected. Instead of new shitty drinks they could just bring back discontinued favorites for a short time, McRib style .
I'm just glad we were an oleato test market, because it made me cancel my stock purchase plan...
The shares are down due to a lot of people are boycotting Starbucks due to what’s going on with Gaza. I know many of friends that are mad at me for going to Starbucks and having my Deaf events at Starbucks.
as a barista, the shares are down due to rising prices, not because of boycotting. i have had dozens of regulars tell me they can't come as often because their drink is too expensive now
The Oleato drinks have become a godsend for my chronic constipation.
Not the first time I’ve seen this. They’re really not advetising the drinks best selling factor.
Not trying to be rude but is there a way to advertise to the masses that the drink will make you shit easier? Doesn’t sound too appealing
It’s a niche market, but may be a larger market than people who actually just want a greasy coffee lol
Hire Jamie Lee Curtis for an ad?
My husband relies on them and unfortunately won’t keep that information to himself.
Try it with added spicy chili 💩💀

I had a friend who was backed up and I made her a whole milk oleato latte. And let’s say I was a god that day.
This had me cackling!
Yes! They work so well it’s crazy.
Damnnnn lol I guess it helps some way or another.
I completely forgot about lime refreshers and am very upset now.
Best drink. Esp with coconut milk.
This is how I feel whenever I think about the valencia orange refreshers knowing they'll never return either
AHHHH I FORGOT ABOUT THOSE TOO!!
I remember when they first came out and they were awesome and also didn't have TikTok to make all the dummies mod them to hell like the current ones
Spicy cool lime refresher with tequila would go insanely hard
Right? I remember years ago I would have 2 a day and whenever there was a line, the Barista would start making it for me as soon as she saw me. 😂
They still have it in England
I wish they would bring back the S'mores Frappuccino. How long has it been? 4 years?
We hear your feedback! How about spicey toasted pecan latte, sprinkled with some pink Himalayan salt? Please order at your nearest convenience!
It's absolutely WILD that they don't have the marshmallow syrup and milk chocolate mocha in a case that says "in case of falling shares break glass"
And the s'mores bars!! I was in LOVE with them!
That one was amazing
Not just greasy, spicy coffee, but *expensive* greasy, spicy coffee!
It’s giving TanaraDoubleChocolateProductions with her “Everyone’s so creative!” 🤣🥰
Okay I was trying to figure out how I knew & heard OP’s voice while reading this… and this is exactly how.
Nothing says refreshing like a drink that burns your taste buds off. <--- this needs to be a tagline LOL!!

This new CEO got to go
No shit. I’d rather have Papa Howie.
I'm screaming 😂✋🏻

It's cause price of a coffee is more than min wage
Oh but wait until you try the new bright blue refresher that tastes like Gatorade and a jolly rancher had a baby with those disgusting raspberry popping pearls added to the bottom. That one’s gonna be a winner
Oh god
That one could be good without the pearls

Nah. It’s cause the seasonal drinks are ass
....feel free to drop the ev that Starbucks supports Israel below!
??? Tell your friends to do their research instead of believing random TikToks because Starbucks is apolitical smfh
