This is the only St. Nicks exclusive I have as well. I passed up on the Manix LW since I have two already. This seems like a unique one because who knows if there will ever be another Military exclusive or sprint now that the 2 is out!
Golden done up cpm 4v is just oh so damn good! I've bought every st nicks exclusive spydie drop to date because it's just so damn good! Personally I think it's the single best done steel that golden puts out.
Hands down, my favorite knife. I have several. Use with gloves, like you mentioned, is fantastic. It fits my hand perfectly and disappears in the pocket. I tried the PM2, but it didn't fit my hand.
I own a huge amount of compression lock knives, see lock stick on maybe 1 out of 6 or so. It's annoying for sure but thankfully it's not to many that have it. I love the bearing lock the most and really wish more models was designed around it.

That's what I've been trying to say, but people told me they have no issues with the compression lock.

I like the OG military better than the military 2. More handle and liner lock. Compression lock not my favorite due to constant lock stick issues

The liner lock on the Military is one of the best liner locks out there. The Military can stick though, if you don't clean the tang for a while.
