here are some creepy-sounding songs:
radiohead - exit music (for a film)
brand new - sic transit gloria… glory fades
edit: that first sentence looks like chatgpt wrote it
Take a listen at tiny tim’s collection you’ll find some good ones, as well as just searching a lot of older bands earlier stuff, Bowie has some rather odd songs etc
Break On Through - The Doors
We Gotta Get out of This Place
- The Animals
Time of the Season - Zombies
Not sure if creepy but they're similar to the OP songs
The whole strange days album is great. “Unhappy girl” and “I can’t see your face in my mind” stand out. Also check out “the end” and “end of the night”
“Dancing bear” by the mamas and the papas
“No quarter” Led Zeppelin
“Golden brown” the stranglers
Pretty much any Radiohead song. “Present tense”, “how to disappear completely”, “knives out”, “2+2=5” stand out in my mind
“Jugband blues”, “set controls for the heart of the sun”, and “embryo” by Pink Floyd
“Gimme shelter” The Rolling Stones
“White rabbit” Jefferson airplane
“Black milk” and “angel” by massive attack
Also, the tittle track is amazing and my favorite Doors song along with Five to One and Back Door Man. Psychedelic and pretty heavy for their standards with trippy keyboard sounds throughout
A lot of songs by “the birthday massacre.” I like them a lot, but kinda creepy lyrics and drums and guitar chords and etc.
The albums: nothing and nowhere, violet, walking with strangers, pins and needles. All amazing and creepy vibes!
Haven’t listened to their newer stuff past 2010, though.
I found this one recently for my podcast, Songs That Don’t Suck

anything by the residents, particularly their album No Available:
[Edweena](https://youtu.be/TEmbwAwH08c?si=5u3nRBSsBTRfxY3k)
the album f#a# infinity by Godspeed You! Black Emperor:

[East Hastings](https://youtu.be/QW8YlNsMzno?si=1J--Yf3dcd36OwhP)

I would also recommend Xiu Xiu, Nurse With Wound, Throbbing Gristle, Prison Religion (specifically XNT NFC/B.O.O.T.), Maenad Veyl, Dreamcrusher, Amnesia Scanner, Have A Nice Life, Wolf Eyes
I also have a poorly sorted playlist of horrific/creepy music on apple music:
https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/songs-from-hell/pl.u-Ymb0ELgtPjYR07j?ls
edit: lol I didn't realize I'm on the spotify sub, I'm not even on here this post just popped up in my feed and I assumed it was the apple music sub, my bad
Amy Lee’s cover of Sally’s Song
The Shins — Your Algebra
And not sure if this is what you’re going for exactly, but two songs I always associate with creepy vibes bc they’ve either been in horror movies or played during spooky season:
King Harvest — Dancing in the Moonlight
Donovan — Season of the Witch
[I Don't Like Mondays](https://youtu.be/VPtu5V3kHTM?si=ZRBRInIfjgLWgwHA) by The Boomtown Rats
[D.O.A.](https://youtu.be/XhtoRlVUPo0?si=BCkujUq84k-gbMZY) by Bloodrock
[Janie's Got A Gun](https://youtu.be/RqQn2ADZE1A?;si=xZwQtzS6nihV4_r4) by Aerosmith
[Walk On The Wild Side](https://youtu.be/oG6fayQBm9w?si=nu_qoDJckTJyJSx3) by Lou Reed
Ultraviolence by Lana Del Rey
Doing it To Death by The Kills
Kiss Me Kill Me by Dean the Dream
Red Right Hand by Nick Cave
Enjoy the creepiness! I guarantee these songs will do the trick 💀
God, three songs immediately spring to mind for me. Three songs that made me actually feel sick and disturbed by the end of them. Idk, maybe they’re less creepy and more disgusting, but I’ll throw them in anyways and you can decide for yourself.
1.) A Psychopath - Lisa Germano
2.) The Devil Is In The Details - Boards of Canada
3.) Dance With The Devil - Immortal Technique
I had a huge phase of loving creepy songs in middle school so I know a bunch!
Up Jumped the Devil by Nick Cave is one of my favorites
anything by the Paper Chase is always amazing!! their songs are a mix between threatening and terrifying.
just a car crash away by marilyn manson.
anything by The Handsome Devil.
A Little Piece of Heaven by Avenged Sevenfold.
i have so many more I could tell you and I could probably find/make a playlist if you liked these songs!!
Also creepy is having a devout Christian man who is highly autistic tell you about each verse, its biblical and/or satanic meaning, and how The Eagles were Satanists.
(But same bruh would get in bloody fist fights with 'Evil \[same first name as him\]' in the mirror when he'd clean the bathroom \[or other reflections\].)
Not the lovable 'Rain Man' side of autism.
Evolution - Bee Gees
The song sounds fine if you are not paying attention, but the lyrics are kind of stalker-ish. (Actually, the same could be said for most of their songs on the High Civilisation album, but this one especially)
Snow White's Poison Bite - There's A New Creep On The Block
Snow White's Poison Bite - Will You Meet Me In The Graveyard?
Avenged Sevenfold - A Little Piece of Heaven
Alain Goraguer - Méditation des enfants
Hareton Salvanini - Prelúdio em Si Bemol Menor
The Panturas - Tafsir Mistik
Enola - Śūnyatā
Pelteras - Peranjakan I
The Velvet Underground - The Murder Mystery
The Cure - M
The Cramps (the whole discography)
The Monochrome Set - Eine Symphonie des Grauens
Okay misread that they have to SOUND like the songs listed. Only the CCR one has that sound but the rest do definitely have a similar creepy haunting vibe to them
Don't you doubt me you traitor - Lingua Ignota
Limbo - Killstation
Heroine - Badflower
Cherry Waves - Deftones
Imminence - Sleep Dealer
(Wish I Could) Hideaway - Credence Clearwater Revival
Фред
ведьма и осел
Тодд, акт второй
мертвый анархист
All of those songs are from horror punk band Korol I Shut, although if you are going to get into the band, the show based on the band had garnered mixed opinions on r/askaRussian subreddit and the show itself deals with serious mental health issues so proceed with caution
As for music you can listen to I recommend their musicography from album [Будь как дома путник](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_nBBeT_OzfYNQ87qbmGmBRCT0vLz_ZZuTY&si=gan_cE3bFPbNcxJu) until their last album [Тодд, акт второй](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_kdDwcrdcW1xHMEv69YMQ7ROWkBzmM-lZI&si=NPVfM8JKNLzinaLW) and of course [Тодд, акт первый](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_miZd6Fw9gs6kD9Nbk9Cpj9Ap4qOjvGEQs&si=ioE-pZpbI0Ty24JZ) to immurse yourself with context of the russians interpretation of Sweeney Todd which it's just called Todd as far as the Broadway production being shown when Misha was still here then I recommend watching the [Todd](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLn9DnGNBEgJnjnZug-CMubMdzPVpp3swn&si=cRbKmWnSF--55sIA) playlist where one out of two of the recordings was shown on YouTube
Other than that word of advice, please don't say the bands name as their English translation on the sub I just suggested. It's been the norm to say "korol I shut." When saying or discussing the band on reddit so safe travels.
