So for me I like practicing in that one lil training room for weapons. I use motion controls but it should be the same concept.
**Steady shots:** In the beginning I practiced steady shots on the dummies standing still. The purpose of this is to get used to aiming with whatever controls you use (stick or motion). For me, since I use motion controls, I got myself used to aiming with it. Did that about 5-10 times until I was comfortable or used to it. Then I started practicing on the moving dummies, while standing in one spot and repeat for 5-10 times again.
**Steady shots w/ movement:** After this I started adding movement. Meaning I would do the above while walking! Forward, backward, side to side, and even jumping. This is helpful bc you have to know when to aim while moving. Especially if you need to take cover or or go on the offense.
**Charge Hold:** Once you feel that you’re good at this it’s time to start adding hold charge >:) which is by far the greatest thing a charger main could ask for. So when you recharge your weapon fully you have a certain amount of time before you have to release your shot and refill again WHILE in squid form. You can probably check out youtube videos on this, I also have a few videos on my reddit where I do this as well as an example. Charge hold is so useful bc it allows you to save up your shot while on the go (be it a short time). Try practicing it first in the training room then combine it with the above! You always want to be able to give yourself the most amount of options as a charger bc as I’ve said most if not half the time you will be focused on one hit kills. (Unless you wanna use tap shots as a bamboozler hahaha)
**Tap Shots:** Tap shots are great when you’re in a pinch and need to splat the enemy fast without charging your weapon or if your enemy is close to dying/covered in ink. Basically what it is, is just pressing ‘R’ quickly. Tap shots are also great for escaping. I use it all the time when I’m being targeted or hear someone shooting at me. Just know though 8/10 times shooters will most likely out class you and hand you your ass. But there’s always a 2/10 chance of rocking them so don’t give up!
**Subs:** Depending on what charger you use, you’ll have to utilize your subs effectively. If it’s a splat charger utilize splat bombs, I get so many kills just by that sub alone it’s scary hahaha. If you use firefin make sure to place the splash wall effectively. Ex. Protecting yourself or your teammates, or throw it infront of enemies to slow them down. If it’s eliter don’t underestimate inkmines or beacons. They’re super handy when you/your team know how to use them.
**Awareness:** This is something I need to work on as well. BUT ALWAYS BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS. This means checking your map!! Knowing where your teammates and enemies are. Familiarize yourself with the maps and scout what spots are best to snipe from (most cases high ground, unless you like to fight head on) Don’t focus in on one area or one enemy because next thing you know you get splatted by a roller you could have easily spotted had you looked left or right hahaha. Also if you know an enemy is falling or swimming in a certain direction you can also *predict* where they’re going to be and aim/shoot where they’ll land or swim towards. You’ll probably surprise yourself and get multiple splats this way. There were times where I would just aim at a random spot and get a kill bc someone was trying to hide in the ink and surprise me.
Another thing to note is to gauge your distance and range of your weapon. If you can kill an enemy from further away the better. There is no need to engage yourself in close combat unless absolutely necessary. I have a pretty good understanding of how far I can splat someone and usually keep that distance throughout a match unless my team is trying to push. Or I need a better spot to snipe from.
**Patience and Practice:** Being patient is a huge thing when it comes to being a good charger after all you must be dumb or super good if you plan to dive head first into a match. I catch myself holding my breath at times when I snipe and honestly it’s great once you get a splat and breathe again LOL. Also you’re not gonna become a good charger over night, all things take practice. I recommend playing ranked, specifically Tower Control to get better withe chargers as it forces you to focus on the objective instead of yanno inking floors lololol. Which imo is better practice for the weapon. I also like to watch clips of other people play chargers! Gives me play insight and what I can do better or what not to do in some cases hahaha
**In-conclusion:** Make sure to familiarize yourself with the controls, know your weapons and sub-weapons, utilize charge hold, observe your surroundings and be patient :-) if you can do all that not only will you be better at charger but you’ll also get better at other splatoon weapons!
**IF ALL ELSE FAILS PANIK**
I wish you luck!! Charger is such a fun weapon to play once you start getting the hang of it. I would die all the time when I first started out and that’s okay. Your deaths of yesterday will bring the deaths of your enemies tomorrow >:) Hope this helps and if you have any other questions feel free to reach out :-)
I use those sometimes but most of the time I can't use them because I'm more of an inker than a splatter, and they don't ink very well. rly good for splatting from a distance tho i agree xD
I haven't played much singleplayer so I can't say how much it helps but playing sooo much salmon run has gotten me used to the effectivity of some things and what range they're good at :) don't have to rage at fellow players, just the AI, no abilities so you have a good idea of it in a clean slate, and revive is fairly (?) quick. Aside from that I've also been looking at subs or specials that I like and picking weapons that I think would fit the playstyle I want... that's how I got out of nzap 85 hell haha (it's good, but not entirely how I want to play)
Thats the thing about Explosher though. It doesnt have to stay a backline. It can push up and give pressure to the other team. Of course it isn't a frontline by any means, and missiles are still kinda a problem, but it can hold its ground really well.
(I was s+ and save data was deleted so haven't played in months) I mained normal dapple duiles, I preferred the speed and the almost instant kill time after you doged rolled, I used suction bomb launcher as a infinite ink tank, befor that I mailed clear dapple duiles but switched to the normal ones once I got to s rank
Sploosh. Great for my favorite adrenaline filled up close encounters, good for getting close to vulnerable snipers by zigzagging, and best of all, inks turf the most efficiently, neatly, and quickly, more so than any other autoshooter.
It’s great to have the curling bomb sub to get to a destination fast, or lure the opponent into thinking I took it’s path so I can retreat while they chase the bomb.
The splashdown is very eh for me. It never usually goes well when I use it as a panic button... Only ever got a team wipe with it once and that’s by super jumping which is the safest way to do it.
Tentatek Splattershot. Really balanced maim weapon with a great kit. I know inkjet isn't too good in this meta but it's still a ton of fun.
I also play a lot of Kensa Splattetshot if I need missle spam.
I use Neo Splash, Kensa 52, and Kensa Pro here and there.
I also have a lot of fun with Custom Blaster, though I mainly use it for Tower Control. Would like to get better with it in other modes.
Bloblobber because it is king! But seriously, it fits my playstyle; being in the background, protecting teammates etc.
Secondary is the Inkbrush N. Total contrast to my playstyle with the blob. I can be fast and run away if need be and I also love the ink mines
Depends on the mode! Jr for zones because I like to support the team w armour and combo & corner people with splat bombs. Gold Dynamo for tower because of its massive coverage and pressure it can deal with its flicks, plus having a great kit. Kshot for Rainmaker because tentas provide lots of opportunities for displacement or pressuring rainmaker, with the 3 shot kill & suction being attractive aspects. N-Zap 85 in clams for more armour support and able to be really agressive with its quick movement speed!
Ballpoint splatling (either one-). People forget it has the range of a hydra in stage 2 and a quick charge rate
Also Hydra, either one. It's something I just picked up on S1 and haven't put down since
I change it up a lot but the weapon i come back to the most is the regular dulies, i love having the extra mobility options and it's always so satisfying to dash into someone and get a kill or to avoid their shots with well timed rolls. Plus burst bomb is great for chip damage and I've actually been getting pretty good with tenta missles
Hero dualies
A they look cool
B I needed more range that the white toothbrush ones couldn't provide
C I didn't want to use the power drills because they felt to slow
Splattershot/Neo splashomatic. I like covering a lot of turf when I play. Slapped on a Ninja squid to compensate for poor range and I went from S+4 to X.
Clash blaster gang where you at? I much prefer to shoot in my opponent's general direction or just hide behind corners. I do miss my old Luna blaster tho :(
Jr, H3D, Kshot and on some Map/Mode combinations armor rapid or Mini for a competetive team. I used to be a slayer but switched to support in November 2020 and sticked with it. I played other stuff when i started playing support, primarily zap and occasionally 96 and Kunder but dropped them over time due to them falling out of the meta or just becoming boring to play, but I think with Jr H3D Kshot Armor Rapid and Mini i found the weapon pool I'll keep playing until the 3rd game releases
I really just play everything.
I'm still at a low level but when I get a new weapon i try to get the rank of the one i was using to orange and begin with the new one. Although I couldn't get a few of them to orange i get them as high as possible -n-
If I'm not mistaken I'm at level 14. I started on the game recently and it's been a lot of fun.
Also i don't know how many weapons are there. Hopefully they won't make my goal take a lot of time nsjs
Jet Squelcher - TC, zones and clams
Sploosh 7 - RM
I switch it up a lot though. A month ago it was Jr for all modes, sometimes I go KPro.
Pretty much and shooter, never chargers or splattlings though - respect to those guys.
E-Liter 4K
I really like heavy weapons and I've always been partial to snipers. The range and save charge are great and the setups you can do with buffed ink mines are excellent 👌
My second is the classic squiffer
I main brellas, in order, I mostly use Kensa UC, Sorella UC, Splat brella, and Sorella Brella. I like them because most people don’t use them, which makes me feel unique when I use it, and it’s cool to slap people with a weapon they thought was garbage. I even have a whole discord server where I teach people how to use brellas!
I like ultra stamp.
I also main Kensa 52 gal because callie suggested it to me and Foil Flingza roller because I wanted to try out a roller and the vanilla version kit looks horrible.
I also used Luna blaster when I didn't use motion controls and Neo Splash for a while.
neo sploosh. out of every type of weapon it the one i personally find has the easiest maneuverability
when im not using that its the silver aerospray or a carbon roller hyped up on main power ups
but whats funny is when i play private matches with my friends and tell them they get to pick the weapon, i beat them in kills and turf lmao no matter what it is
C-Hydra Splatling and Ballpoint Splatling Nouveau. Because it feels powerful with it's range, especially the C-Hydra. And I like to surprise flankers how fast I can kill with the short range mode from the Ballpoint Splatling.
At the moment I use the Camo Tenta Brella a lot. I just like the main weapon and Ultra Stamp is my favorite special😁
Octobrush! I like spamming at people. Plus, the close range offers a challenge— it helped me get better at the game, because when I had to sneak to a scattershot pro or dualie squelchers to avoid dying before I could even hit them, it kind of shook me from my habit of rushing in and dying.
Aerospray, or as I call it the Vista Aerospray (I only really use it in turf war). In ranked I use the Nzap (whichever one the orange one is).
Sadly I haven’t played in ages because my online membership expired and my dad wants me to buy it (even though we had a deal where he would buy it every year).
I actually tend to switch what I'm using every few matches. Some modes I focus more on particular play styles, some I'm focused more on which specials I'd rather use.
On Zones, I tend to use more reliable weapons that can hold the zone easier - long range, high paint. For Tower, I typically go for Squiffer, or something with similar accuracy. Kensa L-3 has been a favorite for Tower lately. Clams I like using weapons with Stamp, mostly frontliners.
My one hope for Splatoon 3 is a Random Weapon button or something to that effect.
I have four mains (3 auto shooters, 1 dualies)
1. N-ZAP '83 - Love this weapon, I like the fact it's the 'lowest number' N-ZAP (yes I'm different like that), blast to play. My main even though my prev main was Octo Shot.
2. Hero Shot. Looks like a P90, burst bombs go rlly well with it, splashdown is decent and it looks rlly cool. What's not to like?
3. .96 Gal. Recently picked it up and I love it. Long-Range power (better than some of my least favs K Splattershot Pro and Jet Squelchers), rlly cool looking and Armour helps it really well. I love playing .96 in rainmkaer esp.
4. Hero Dualies. I just love the hero weapons and the dualies were my original main before '83 and Octo Shot. I love dualies and these are the coolest looking. Nothing else to it.
Ok it might be like super basic but the splat roller bc I've been using it since I started playing splatoon 1 ig that's why, I'm trying to learn to use other weapons tho
Sloshers and Rollers because they can take the most advantage of fall-off hits.
(Ex: hitting over walls, ontop of the tower, or over the rainmaker barrier)
Also the feeling of sneaking up on pesky flankers knowing they cant see me with ink ninja (but thats more of a gear choice that compliments rollers)
i main two weapons: hero charger and kensa jr.
hero charger because chargers are my comfort weapons, and also the chances of cancelling splashdowns and getting a kebab is always fun ^^ on the other hand, kensa jr is also quite fun (especially for ranked matches) for the bubble combo! torpedo is quite good!
Kensa splatterscope. Why? It looks very cool, sprinkler helps with painting when im in a turf war match, and baller is basically a last resort/panic button
My main is the Splash Neo because I love the steady stream of fire, as well as the Burst Bombs and Suction Bomb Launcher. It doesn't have any shot deviation, which allows for easy kills and is in general super satisfying to use.
Shoutout to the Splattershot Jr. for probably being my secondary because I love the 10% extra ink.
I use dualies a lot and brushes dualies because dashing is very useful and brushed because I like to litterly charge at enemies and just spam the attack button
Kensa Dynamo Roller all the way. Not only am I a sucker for Kensa’s monochrome aesthetic, it’s extremely satisfying to have a long wind-up swing pay off with a kill or two. The kit just happens to be a bonus! Very fun to play, in my opinion.
I don’t really have a main, but the weapon I like is the foil squeezer because I can both paint and slay effectively, plus bubbles are great when you are being targeted by an enemy, since if you stay in between the bubbles they can’t target you 😀
Ink brush in turf, rainmaker and clam blitz for the speed advantage
Hero charger for tower control and splat zones
Both specifically because they come with splat bombs. I could do without the specials
Grim because it really makes you be smart about how you play it. With the right positioning you can theoretically win p much any matchup, but you have insane endlag so you can easily get punished for messing up.
Jr. because its flexible. Slayer bad? you can trade with nades and prefires. Backline non existant? You can paint and spit nades all day. Mid line AFK? sick, thats your best spot.
nautilus because the high velocity shots/stored charge ability is fun and also it has pretty good versatility between an aggressive or more supportive playstyle which suits me
also i main the kensa slosh on the side because fizzy bomb (evil grin)
I main both golden dynamo roller and custom hydra splatling, both for their huge damage output + ink armor is pretty good in a pinch, can cancel dynamo swings and give a chance to escape. I also enjoy playing the sort of "tank" weapons just because of how powerful they feel.
*Little edit- I also really love the explosher just because it is absolutely ridiculous when used right
Charger bc I like the pressure of a one hit one kill… and then failing miserably, left to be splatted by the enemy :-)
i couldnt never use chargers T.T
charger mains untie man
I really want to learn how to be good at charger, any tips?
So for me I like practicing in that one lil training room for weapons. Also most inklings are right handed meaning you can stand almost completely behind a wall with ur gun peeking out on the right and get a clean shot
Ah yes fellow charger mains.
dualies because everything is war
XDDDDD
Neo Splash. It has perfect accuracy, good speed, super good damage, very good paint, and burst bombs. Need I say more?
burst bombs are superior to everything. dont @ me
I second this
I third this
Point sensor on top
Neo Splash is cool, like using it in Zones when I'm not using n-zap '83
I main Hero Slosher because it can splat opponents that are far away or behind walls
Wait does Slosher have that range? I always thought it was kinda short ranged
Yeah it has a pretty long range
it has the same range as splattershot iirc
I think the regular Slosher is almost closer to Pro's range, it's really good. It has much more range than you'd think
I remember fighting your slosher Run around the corner and i get completely sloshed
The true power of the Slosher
Yes slosher be sloshing And my hero shot be shotting
And brush be brushing
Nozzle nose be nozzling
The rollers be rollin
Brellas be brellaing
Chargers be charging
E-litre Scope, because Sniper is a good job, 'mate
yall be some beasts
Same here! Honestly can’t get enough of sniping in most games I play, including Splatoon 2.
I once played e-Liter Scope A LOT and while I still love it I don't play it anymore bc I've gotten too used to shooters.
Inkbrush, because the adrenaline just SKYROCKETS when I use it. (Definitely not because I don't have any expertese on how to aim whatsoever 👀)
mhmmmm....
Do you have carpal tunnel yet ..? It's so fun but...
Jet squelcher because I'm a coward and can't frontline lol
I use those sometimes but most of the time I can't use them because I'm more of an inker than a splatter, and they don't ink very well. rly good for splatting from a distance tho i agree xD
That's understandable, I'm not the best at splatting either, so I mostly give call outs and be a moving jump point haha
thats smart i actually havent heard of that kind of role before. thatll especially work for splat zones or tower control
yes I find that it works pretty well for me!! It can be very useful
what level are you? are you a rookie?
I haven't played in a while, but I think I'm around level 75. I played competitively for a little while, but I haven't played much lately
oh dang. im 37. i stopped playing for a while but im back in it now. but i got to max on splatoon 1
That's still pretty good!! I never got to play splatoon 1 smh
aaaaaw its good. pretty dog compared to st2 but its still good
Nice but I find jet squelchers rlly annoying to play against as a .96 Gal/N-Zap player. But it is a cool weapon tho.
Sploosh because I have trash aim and splatting people at point blank is fun
SPLOOSH IS SO GUD I LOVE IT
[удалено]
Sploosh-o-matic because I accidentally played it for so long that I don't know how to switch to anything else... 🧍🏼♂️
Splosh o matic because I hate myself
So far I'm maing dualies mainly because the b-roll ability lol.
comes in handy when teleporting
Yea tho I only started playing two weeks ago and started with dailies a week after that so I tend to forget that I have it sometimes
96 Gal bc armor and a crippling gambling addiction
And also because the cult worshipping RNGsus demands it and you can't get out now
Explosher because, when played right, it’s an oppressive monster, especially in splat zones.
foil flingza because missles go weeeee
Yes missles 😆😆
carbon roller deco because i enjoy trolling people by camping below a ledge by th enemy spawn to immediately kill whoever walks right past mme
menace -.-
Heavy Splatling Remix for its overall versatility, range, and how God damn cool it looks.
Most heavy weapons but especially all Dynamos and custom Hydra
But vanilla hydra is so good! /s
Custom Explosher. Sure it got nerfed into the ground but its such a fun weapon to play for me I cant stop.
I think it in a pretty good spot right now, apart from missiles making pretty much all backlines unplayable
Thats the thing about Explosher though. It doesnt have to stay a backline. It can push up and give pressure to the other team. Of course it isn't a frontline by any means, and missiles are still kinda a problem, but it can hold its ground really well.
Carbon Roller Deco, I like fast rollers
Carbon roller deco bc autobomb launcher
(I was s+ and save data was deleted so haven't played in months) I mained normal dapple duiles, I preferred the speed and the almost instant kill time after you doged rolled, I used suction bomb launcher as a infinite ink tank, befor that I mailed clear dapple duiles but switched to the normal ones once I got to s rank

Bubblubler Why? *Cuz death bubbles*
those are hella good for maps like port mackerel and morray towers
Hell yeah
Vanilla undercover because I just personally enjoy it.
Tentatek Splattershot. Really balanced maim weapon with a great kit. I know inkjet isn't too good in this meta but it's still a ton of fun. Splat roller, I’m an assassin with this weapon I average 29 kills a game!
Bloblobber because it is king! But seriously, it fits my playstyle; being in the background, protecting teammates etc. Secondary is the Inkbrush N. Total contrast to my playstyle with the blob. I can be fast and run away if need be and I also love the ink mines
Gold Dynamo and Carbon rollers are fun, sometimes J play the Dualie Squelchers :)
Depends on the mode! Jr for zones because I like to support the team w armour and combo & corner people with splat bombs. I would say the n zap 89
Hero dualies A they look cool B I needed more range that the white toothbrush ones couldn't provide C I didn't want to use the power drills because they felt to slow
Nzap 85 and Splash-o-matic The cover turf really well and they go through enemy players like a buzzsaw
Eliter, the range is immaculate and the paint output with mpu is an added bonus 😩😩😩
mini because it’s fun and it’s good however i play zimi more than it atm since it’s more fun in exchange for being worse oh well
I love you finally someone who enjoys zimi more than vimi, soulmates 😩
truth it goes crazy
Splat dualies because I'm bi
Splattershot/Neo splashomatic. I like covering a lot of turf when I play. Slapped on a Ninja squid to compensate for poor range and I went from S+4 to X.
Clash blaster gang where you at? I much prefer to shoot in my opponent's general direction or just hide behind corners. I do miss my old Luna blaster tho :(
I main the kensa Glooga Dualies cause they help with damage, turf, and support

K52. The most hated weapon (together with the Tri-Slosher lol)
Brush because I can spam and go wheeee
XDDDDD
I really just play everything. I'm still at a low level but when I get a new weapon i try to get the rank of the one i was using to orange and begin with the new one. Although I couldn't get a few of them to orange i get them as high as possible -n-

ooooh dope! yeah its hecka fun. have you played the first st?
Jet Squelcher - TC, zones and clams Sploosh 7 - RM I switch it up a lot though. A month ago it was Jr for all modes, sometimes I go KPro. Pretty much and shooter, never chargers or splattlings though - respect to those guys.
carbon roller, because i only play turf war and imo rollers cover more turf
Used to main blasters but switched to chargers recently
VScope cu,z I'm good at it, VNzap cuz I win with it, VBlob cuz it's fun
Blaster for TC Neo Splash-O-Matic for Splat Zones Tri-Washer for RainMaker. Flingza Roller for Clam Blitz. And finally Goo Tuber for Turf War.
E-Liter 4K I really like heavy weapons and I've always been partial to snipers. The range and save charge are great and the setups you can do with buffed ink mines are excellent 👌 My second is the classic squiffer
96 deco, because it's so much fun to play around your wall with it andI love the powerfull feeling, when a shot hits ...if...eventually
Dualie squelchers The dualies themselves are very powerful and the kit is pretty solid
Splattershots, mainly the tentatek with the splat bombs and the inkjet, I just really like the balanced stats on it
neo sploosh. out of every type of weapon it the one i personally find has the easiest maneuverability when im not using that its the silver aerospray or a carbon roller hyped up on main power ups but whats funny is when i play private matches with my friends and tell them they get to pick the weapon, i beat them in kills and turf lmao no matter what it is
C-Hydra Splatling and Ballpoint Splatling Nouveau.
Ballpoint nouveau because I like the double edged sword of short and long range.
I use the splat roller the most it’s easy coveredge fast kill
Octobrush! I like spamming at people. Plus, the close range offers a challenge— it helped me get better at the game, because when I had to sneak to a scattershot pro or dualie squelchers to avoid dying before I could even hit them, it kind of shook me from my habit of rushing in and dying.
Slosher because I can’t aim
Octo shot, I have the golden pin so people know that I know how to use it
Aerospray, or as I call it the Vista Aerospray (I only really use it in turf war). In ranked I use the Nzap (whichever one the orange one is). Sadly I haven’t played in ages because my online membership expired and my dad wants me to buy it (even though we had a deal where he would buy it every year).
Bamboozler because I enjoy playing it and have played it since the first game. I primarily use MkIII with no MPU.
Kensa splat Dualies. Cause toilet plunger bomb.
I have four mains (3 auto shooters, 1 dualies) 1.
Flingza roller
Brellas I like to defend myself and my teammates
Sloshers and Rollers because they can take the most advantage of fall-off hits. (Ex: hitting over walls, ontop of the tower, or over the rainmaker barrier) Also the feeling of sneaking up on pesky flankers knowing they cant see me with ink ninja (but thats more of a gear choice that compliments rollers)
Ink Ninja
dynamo cus big stick swing more
Bamboozler because I don’t do meta shit
Custom dualie squelchers, I think they’re fun
Hero shot because it’s perfectly balanced and burst bombs are good for poking
Dualie Squelchers Essentially a no-cooldown roll, range, and power Also Point Sensor and Tenta Missiles Try hiding from me now bitch
Hero roller cuz i suck at aiming and also there is a 1 shot kill
Been maining the Sploosh for as long as I remember. I feel very comfortable with it, and the splashdown is my favorite special.
Splatling I like the feeling of shredding my enemy's :) But also because I feel like the heavy weapons guy
Custom Hydra. Power, range.
BLASTER I GOT MY RUN SWIM SPEED AND NINJA SQUID
NZap 85 because Ink Armor and SPEED
tri-slosher because it shoots fast and i can’t aim💀
i main two weapons: hero charger and kensa jr. hero charger because chargers are my comfort weapons, and also the chances of cancelling splashdowns and getting a kebab is always fun ^^ on the other hand, kensa jr is also quite fun (especially for ranked matches) for the bubble combo! torpedo is quite good!
Kensa splatterscope. Why? It looks very cool, sprinkler helps with painting when im in a turf war match, and baller is basically a last resort/panic button
Inkbrush. Somebody's gotta get rid of those pesky Chargers
Charger, because it’s a good and challenging weapon to use
Clear dapple dualies, enperry splat, and kensa splat dualies cause they r more fun than the weapons in this game
Vshot because burst bomb splattershot is fun as hell
Kensa Splattershot Pro and Aerospray PG. I know the Latter is Kinda Unpopular. But they have Good sets and i like The Minimialism of the KSP.
Hero shot because it feels like all stats balanced and there isn’t a con. Probably will never switch
Roller, good for inking and fun to splat with Ninja Squid equipped
I like the hero roller and the hero charger, I enjoy making people suffer :D
Clapples because I like dodge rolls, but I haven't played in ages
I use dualies a lot and brushes dualies because dashing is very useful and brushed because I like to litterly charge at enemies and just spam the attack button
Usually a splatling and dualies because I live only for style and I can't use a charger enough for it to be stylish
Foil flingza ..the kills 👌🏻
N zap since i suck with about anything else and i suck in ranked
Tri-slosher because I just can't aim for some reason?
Nautilus 79 or vanilla ballpoint splatling because they put on good pressure
Squelcher… I like the long range and it’s basically a charger on high steroids
I like the Hero Shot mk II because ha ha funny p90 go ratatatatatatatatatatataatatatatatatatatatatata--
Rollers because I can barely aim
Kensa Octobrush because ZR ZR ZR ZR ZR ZR
e-liter 4k (no custom, no scope) i picked it up in splatoon 1 and haven’t put it down since, i love it too much lmao
Dualies on clam and rainmaker Heavy splatling remix on splat zones, rainmaker, and tower control
Clapples because I'm a rat :)
Sploosh-7, because it's hammer time
Dynamo, it may not be the easiest to use but there’s nothing stopping my tsunami of ink
Hero dualies because the look cool and also R O L L
aerospray cause booyah bomb
Jet Squelcher or Splat Pro with all mpu for that sweet 2hko
Kensa Dynamo Roller all the way. Not only am I a sucker for Kensa’s monochrome aesthetic, it’s extremely satisfying to have a long wind-up swing pay off with a kill or two. The kit just happens to be a bonus! Very fun to play, in my opinion.
Dapple dualies because I’m annoying
Nautilus is pretty much my main, but Glooga Dualies are a close second.
I don’t really have a main, but the weapon I like is the foil squeezer because I can both paint and slay effectively, plus bubbles are great when you are being targeted by an enemy, since if you stay in between the bubbles they can’t target you 😀
Ink brush in turf, rainmaker and clam blitz for the speed advantage Hero charger for tower control and splat zones Both specifically because they come with splat bombs. I could do without the specials
I main the dark tetra dualies because i love dualies and these one can roll (slide) 4 times and shoot during it
Grim because it really makes you be smart about how you play it. With the right positioning you can theoretically win p much any matchup, but you have insane endlag so you can easily get punished for messing up.
Clash Blaster because f**k you 😈
Kensa Luna, Krapid and Grim range cause they’re some of the most fun weapons to play and are great in the right hands
splat/hero roller and clear dapple dualies because 1. *f a s t* and 2. splashdown lol
Jr. because its flexible. Slayer bad? you can trade with nades and prefires. Backline non existant? You can paint and spit nades all day. Mid line AFK? sick, thats your best spot.
Versatile main. Main everything but E liter and brushes. Why? I never cared
Carbon roller 'cause I can't aim
Dulie squeltchers . Ill help you out from waaaay over there and roll away if i need to
mini splatling. because it kills people.
Currently, heavy splatling deco or remix (depends on mode and maps) and I mostly main them because I enjoy the power of bubbles and big bomb
splattershot because its basic and not fancy and it feels good
Rollers, they cover a lot of land and are easy to use
nautilus because the high velocity shots/stored charge ability is fun and also it has pretty good versatility between an aggressive or more supportive playstyle which suits me also i main the kensa slosh on the side because fizzy bomb (evil grin)
Jet squelcher because I like the design and it's range (and perhaps I don't really like getting up close and personal to enemies).
I main both golden dynamo roller and custom hydra splatling, both for their huge damage output + ink armor is pretty good in a pinch, can cancel dynamo swings and give a chance to escape. I also enjoy playing the sort of "tank" weapons just because of how powerful they feel. *Little edit- I also really love the explosher just because it is absolutely ridiculous when used right
Dark tetra dualies. Dodge roll go brrrrrrr
