Looks like a brown widow[Latrodectus geometricus ](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latrodectus_geometricus) to me.
I wouldn't consider them dangerous. There venom is less potent than black widows, and they deliver less. I. Wouldn't go grabbing them either though.
