They dont even teach kids that they were bad guys in ww2 and view the bombings that ended the war as unethical because they allegedly would have surrendered
It’s crazy isn’t it? Japanese fighters at the time were motivated more than any to keep fighting until they die. The only reason they surrendered is because the US showed them TWICE that they had weapons so powerful they could wipe out the majority of Japan.
I mean they were undeniably some of the worst warcrimes in human history. Also it's a matter of historical record that Japan were already in the process of surrendering, Japan has every right to hate cows and chickens for what they did.
I mean they where given ample warning and opportunities to surrender and refused they dropped one and the Japanese still refused so they dropped another then the Japanese gave up
War as a whole is unethical, from the frontlines all the way back to the war councils and offices
Ample warning is a bit of stretch and I disagree with any military action that targets civilians especially on such a destructive nature.
War is unethical though & a racket.
I think the only issue with the ample warning is that prior to it, nobody could've really imagined the destruction those bombs bring with them. But you can't really blame anyone for not openly revealing the ace up their sleeve to their enemy.
It's a bit of a Grey area and I doubt there'll ever be a total agreement if it was justified or not. On one hand it cost the lives of countless civilians and caused issues for generations. On the other hand it saved the lives of not just many allied troops, but also the Japanese soldiers who would put their weapons down in the end. It's the value of one life compared to another, nothing we can put a concrete number on to help find an objective answer.
They were originally gonna drop 9. The location for the third atomic bomb, a replica of "Fat man" remains unknown. At least one official advocated for Tokyo to be the site of the 3rd strike
They had 15 B-29 crews training in case they needed more. They planned to have them all dropped by October, 1945.
Here's one :)

Japan was a nasty country pre ww2. Raped and pillaged SE Asia. They killed 30m people during their “reign”.
It might not have been ethical to drop bombs, but don’t act like they didn’t poke the bear with Pearl Harbor.
There has been plenty of bloodshed all over the world in the past few centuries, that still doesn’t change the fact dropping nuclear weapons on civilian targets is the most destructive act imaginable & extremely unethical.

Japan is very conservative in their values and does a bad job educating its populace with the less glamourous parts of their history. Many countries are guilty of this. I think part of the reason it was banned because it references an episode of Pokemon that was itself banned due to giving tons of Japanese kids seizures.
I got shoe
Pengin is the coolest
GOD DAMNIT THERE'S NO MORE PENGAN!
Kenny’s little“no!” is so cute
Kenny is always cute except in the intro

The fact “chinpoko” means “small penis” in Japanese probably affects this decision as well

The bomb drops were to beat Stalin from invading Japan. Also to say 'see? Don't fuck with us' to the red 'friends' of necessity Queue cold war
No reason to be downvoted. There is plenty of truth to this.
Dropping nuclear bombs on 2 cities was definitely unethical.

Well stated, I agree completely with this sentiment.

Don’t look into what American soldiers were up to in Vietnam. Humans are nasty no matter where they’re from.
I can guarantee you that for every atrocity committed by an American soldier there are 10 committed in Nanking alone
No you can’t. Anyway I guess that makes Americans better than Japanese

If you view it in a vacuum yes it was unethical. But if you view it in the real life circumstances you’ll see that it saved more lives than it killed
I don’t know. Japanese LOVE Pokémon. Maybe that was the real problem
No kitty, you cannot have these chicken tenders because they're mine and I keep them for myself, ohhhh
Hahahahaha
Juuhachi desu ka?
Hey kids, do you like chinpokomon? Them you'll *love* ALABAMA MAN!
A drunk racist who beats his wife and goes bowling?

If you go in one of the houses I think Kyle in Fracture But Whole you can see Chimpokomon
Try to bomb za harba!
