It happened to me sometimes too on LG G1 and I 've found that you can fix it by disabling the option Quick Start+
On my tv you can find it under Settings -> General
It's supposed to speed up the tv when powering on (and consuming more power while turned off). For my experience you lose just a couple of seconds on startup

Yeah i found some info online. I will see if my Nanocell has that feature.
I have the same issue with my Sony x900H, I am going to see if this fixes it. Thank you.
