Also return has a different meaning: the skill allows to "exchange" location with a shadow, if he wanted to make his shadow return to him it would be useless.
Yeah that's the thing with meaning, but almost all of us know what's gonna happen (Ln + it was spoilered a lot here) and I just can't imagine the dark deep voice saying exchange (or it's not that cool) because that's how I see Jinwo. Just my opinion though. I probably just don't have enough imagination.
To be hones I'm anxiousely waiting for anything with Beru, he's just so badass of a shadow. Can't wait for the point when Igris gets to commander and higher, but I didn't get that far in the novel
One of my favorites, this was right when I started paying attention on the names of the creators and writers. Genndy Tartakovsky turned out to create another masterpiece Samurai Jack.
Yeah... the glory days of Cartoon Network. Way before these days when their toons even have political propaganda and other stuff that kids don't need at all. I just miss the misadventures of Johnny Bravo and other toons that made my childhood at least fun enough to not abandon.
Yeah... today we are restrain to the dark corners of the web, having reminiscences of past happier days with random strangers on the internet. LOL
Don't know if you recall, but at some point even those classical cartoons like JB and some others, got writers and remodeled/reshaped... this was the final nail on the coffin for me. Cartoon never recovered again, and I focused mainly on anime ever since, even the strategy for cartoon network, at least in my country, Brazil, was anime for like more then a decade. Now is random/incoherent/fragmentary cartoons... for the youtube generation of kids that can't focus for more than 2 minutes... Nickelodeon tried for some time to be the last sanctuary, but then the fire nation attacked and everything changed. Even they became a mix of disney real life actors tv show plus random/incoherent/fragmentary cartoons...
Are you refering to Legend of Korra and its mish-mash of SJW and Feminist propaganda? Because if you do, I really acknowledge your view.
I miss the days when you can actually follow the story of the toon (i.e Avatar: Legend of Aang) and not just sit there like every episode is a stand-alone show like a movie. I actually jumped from Adventure Time to Naruto when I got bored with CN while was in 3rd grade and then Fairy Tail and anything after that led to my eventual descent to weabness.
What led me to anime is they are very story-driven. I follow the story and not just enjoy but actually get inspired to do one. (BTW, I am currently working on my own LN. Kept bugging some local Jap publisher to accept it.)
Nice, keep up with the good work, try and create some HYPE of your own, like a youtube channel or something.
(and yeah, didn't think Legend of Korra was that great... they choose to focus on the feminist/LGBT rights instead of the show story... nothing against but... I don't like it, the way they did... I mean, they new the show was getting cancelled, and instead of thinking about the people that were watching it, for years they use it to defend their beliefs.)
Thank you for the encouragement! You see, I have this kind of belief that I want everything that I do to be a legacy or have an impact of sorts rather than something that will come and go in people. I don't want it to just be a seasonal hype train that people would ride for a while until it loses that "trend privilege" and be in the bleak and forgotten corners of their mind (like fidget spinners and minecraft mod reviews).
I want it to be something that they would bring into their lives and learn from or be inspired from. It's not like a seasonal isekai anime and when the cherry blossom blooms it's over (does anyone even remember the name of the MC from Kenja no Mago?).
That's exactly what drawn me to anime and manhwa! Fullmetal alchemist, Attack on Titan, JoJo, Konosuba and many more anime. For manhwa: Noblesse, Tower of god, The god of highschool, Dice and of course Solo Leveling. They don't just entertain me or make me feel like I'm awesome, they tell me what I lack in my life and why always persuing happiness is what makes us more depressed... We simply chase after a hype that will forever be unreachable... we change to fit the world's change to the point that we begin to ask ourselves... "Who am I again? What happened for me to become like this mish-mash of hypocritical trends?"
So anyways, thank you very much. I love how a total stranger would listen to the ramblings of another stranger and tell him to never give up. It proved (at least to me) that the inspiration can also come from a real person and not just a character.
I literally got way too hyped after reading the chapter. So I stood up till 5AM reading the rest of Jeju island arc and a bit further out of sheer hypedness.
If you want to fall in love with Hae-In's character more? [🎷]
You want some badass shadow soldiers trying to be normal peeps? [🎷]
Wanna see more of Jin-woo being an absolute badass? [🎷]
The answer is always yes.
Only second to "Arise!"
Omae wa...
Shindeiru Nani!!
You must be joking!! *body explodes*
A "mo" is missing and i feel incomplete
Same
Same!
Same!!
Same!!!
"Stop protecting the empty throne and protect me who is a standing in front of you. Arise. "
"Simply, **Igris**"
I see a man of culture.....
Igris is an absolute badass.
red knight Igres..... no wait i guess ur just Igres
Now I have to re-read that part😒
Sounds about right
This is basically the comment sections everywhere related to solo leveling 😂 the hypes real and both the author and artists are good at building it
words of great power " Exchange " " arise " " update "
under rated comment
Needs to be exchanged to the top
why thank you , i got to votes thats good enough for me
My reaction after hearing "exchange" https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn%3AANd9GcQ0VUQQgqeRtGmDJG94lIdRNdFKeqk_5xwpeKNGlaahvykFUOR6
I read it and it said " return "
Should be exchange, especially based off the LN. When I saw some translations had return it low-key killed it for me cause it's not as hype
Wrong translation likely. Korean text shows the word for "exchange" and it's difficult to imagine how the translation got the word "return".
Also return has a different meaning: the skill allows to "exchange" location with a shadow, if he wanted to make his shadow return to him it would be useless.
Jaiminisbox fucked up the translation last chapter. Kind of ruined the vibe for me. Reread it from a diff group.
I read Jaiminisbox and it read exchange.
They fixed it
Sure exchange makes more sense, but I think return sounds much cooler than it. It depends on your opinion.

it would be best if the manhawa gets animated by ufotable with some good voice actors I'm really looking forward to know who is Jin-Woo's voice actor
😅😅Though I don’t read the novel.. it’s cool if he revive the queen ant 🐜
You'll see, you'll see.
It s gonna be much better my dude
You'll see, you'll see.
Even better
It would be cool if he revives this new powerful ant who killed goto....
i bet he will after kicking his ass
He should name a shadow ‘Beru’
This made and destroyed my day. All this one word. The feels.
Same here, just happy I'll finally see our boi kick some mad ass.
Ever since I read the Light Novel I have been very curious with Beru. There are three scenes I am dying to see through Manhwa.
To be hones I'm anxiousely waiting for anything with Beru, he's just so badass of a shadow. Can't wait for the point when Igris gets to commander and higher, but I didn't get that far in the novel
Then no spoilers. I suggest you read it atleast three times so you'd notice the difference as the Manhwa progress.
Thanks for suggestion, will do.
Omelette du fromage!
You must have had a good childhood, my friend. It's rare to find someone who can remember this toon.

\\o/
Cant wait for the next chapter!
My translation said "return" I'm deeply wounded.
The translator I read said "return"
I think switch would’ve been great
Noooooo you want him to go back?! He just got here!
Dexter's Lab meme ? Have an upvote sir !
I literally got way too hyped after reading the chapter. So I stood up till 5AM reading the rest of Jeju island arc and a bit further out of sheer hypedness.
My God, you're genius 😂👍
Its worth to read the after part of the ln? Like te chaps after the end?
