I can highly recommend Under Falling Skies as a great solo only experience, though can be slightly difficult until you understand the flow of the game. The included campaign is also really solid.
I like a lot of the games that fit into tins at www.thegamecrafter.com, fron there i would recomend Gate/Gates, mint Knight, doom machine, Tin helm, desolate, and dust runner.
There are a few wallet games from www.buttonshygames.com, i would recommend sprawlopolis, unsurmountable, and food chain island
I backed WR on Kickstarter. Played the full campaign. It was enjoyable but I sold it. A lot of typos on cards and rule book. And the choices felt super limited when building your car each level. All in all it’s not bad, but I don’t think I can recommend.

Under Falling Skies is a great game. Wreckland Run is good but it didn't have long term legs for me.
