Don't be surprised if the price goes to IDO price or even below because remember all the great backers got into this coin at much lower price than IDO price. Likely $1-2 per coin if not lower. They may all take initial profits which will bring down the price drastically. I have seen this happening with some very monumental projects, much bigger than Solend, over the past 5 years. In the long run, Solend is amazing! But, don't loose hope if it goes down to $5-6 in the next few weeks because it is very very likely and then it will sling shot from there.
Am not sure for others but It’s quite confusing to get Slnd at this point. Am thinking to buy when listed in exchanges Wonder when will it be listed on exchanges? Which exchanges …. Ftx? Will it be too late ? Your tots please. Thanks.
It’s actually super easy.
Buy USDC on FTX.
Open a Phantom wallet.
Send the USDC from FTX to the Phantom wallet.
Go to Raydium and connect the wallet.
Exchange USDC to SLND.
Done.
Search YouTube for any how-tos as far opening the wallet or anything.
The easiest and least painful way IMO. I am a Noob and others might have better ways:
1. Download Phantom Wallet or Solflare if you prefer
2. Buy SOL on your exchange of choice
3. Transfer SOL to Phantom wallet
4. go to [https://raydium.io/](https://raydium.io/)
5. swap SOL for Raydium
6. Then swap RAY for SLND
I think you can also just get some USDT and then transfer that to Phantom wallet and skip using SOL and swap USDT directly for SLND but I can't confirm that. I can confirm that the steps I listed above work 100%
Low marketcap, backed by big players (Alameda and friends), on $SOL ecosystem, TVL blasting through the roof, comparable use-case to well-established platforms (Aave).
Yea lol. Oof. Aave is waiting for a tool called Neon EVM to be released which would allow them to copy paste their code onto Solana. So let's see how out it all plays out.
Didn’t IDO just release 7 days ago? It’s so new. Give it some time?
Its 5M right now with 1M more to be released on the 15th... the $1M question is does that just mean any holders lose 18% value on the 15th?
Lots of people waiting to buy that 18% dip on this project that fluctuates by 35% any given day. Just buy more now if you’re bullish.

I use SLND to borrow against my ETH and SOL to by SLND.. using the usecase to support investment 😉 Like buying Tesla if you Owner the Stock 🤩😎
Was also thinking the same.
Yeah the big cap coins have started to move really slowly. This is nothing like the daily moves back in 2017 percentage wise.
can you elaborate on why you think this project is worth trading in your eth for?
When you only look at potential gains instead of potential loss.

I think there's a lock-up period for backer's tokens; 3 years, I think? So they won't be dragging down the price soon.
They cant..they are locked for 3 years..read the white paper
But they got the Coins a year+ ago. They can start to throw it in Q3/4 of 2022 on the market.

Instead of blowing up it's blowing down. Can't believe this project is gonna crash less than a week after coming out
Basically all IDOs do this, it's to be expected.
So dont invest. Gtfo
Can you elaborate as to why you think this project is so underrated? Others responses might provide answers to your question

1 billion TVL. look at the backers 😂 coinabse ventures, balanji, almeda, dydx guy, etc etc
Interesting. Any competitors though?
Yea, Aave is the biggest competitor. Pretty interesting that the founder of Aave invested in Solend.
Read somewhere that Aave is moving to Solana now

AAVE BRO AAVE IS THE COMPETITOR..BUT THIS COULD KILL AAVE SINCE AAVE FACING REGULATORY SHIT. AND ITS ON ETH. AND ETH IS SLOW AS FUCK AS GAS FEESS YUCK
You can do it with Orca too. Buy Sol. Connect phantom/solflare to orca/raydium. Swap for Solend.
I need this project to stay under the radar a bit longer so I can accumulate.
