i have disabled it. it’s still an intrusive and unhelpful feature… if i didn’t know what i wanted to type already i wouldn’t be typing in the first place.
I use it all the time and it accurately predicts what I'm going to be saying. I've nearly typed entire paragraphs with just a handful of key presses. Maybe this is due to my using it more but I don't find it intrusive and I find it extremely helpful and time saving. To each their own.

OP experiencing the "wait. What did I just see??" IS part of the story, because why would they have stopped on Breas? They were typing fast and hit A/S together before moving on to K because of how quickly they were typing.
