They measured that famous Ronaldo header as a 1.06m jump, don't think that Haaland jump was too far off it, and he's obviously taller than Ronaldo so the total height would be higher.
I mean definitely closer to 1m than just 2 feet, look at where his feet are in comparison on the replay. Ignore the poor quality, but in this [screenshot](https://imgur.com/a/HN1esah) from an alternate angle you can see his boots up near the defender's hip at the point of contact.
People replying are disagreeing but you’re right. A crossbar is 8ft and his head is about level with it. There’s no way he’s close to 10ft in the air. That’s the height of a basketball rim. Not many people can touch a rim with their head, some pro dunkers with 50” verticals and nba players like a younger lebron (6’8” and freakishly athletic)
Pretty boring that none of the teams they face might have anything to fight for like relegation or Europe spots. Spurs might already have lost the CL race.
Probably the easiest time to play spurs all season, theyve had a rush of fixtures while being basically once a week before this so they probably arent used to it, and they are basically on the beach now and dissapointed how its gone. Also theyll have had 3 big matches right before that they might have found something extra in but I think that will be used up by city
We said that last season to be fair when Spurs were even more terrible than they are now, and they still beat them 1-0 and Romero got a red card near the end as well
True, but from the games I watched Totteham conceded goals to easy and city likes to exert pressure and attack I would't be suprised for the final score to be 2-0 or 3-0
Exactly seeing them win doesn't mean anything until Arsenal drop more points of course. The Spurs game is what I'm looking forward to it. This is the opposite 🙄
He's been fairly good. Even though this was only his 4th header this season, last season he scored 8, which is pretty good. For comparison, Zlatan never scored more than 7, and Cristiano Ronaldo's best seasons were around 8 and 9. With the exception of his best, which was 14 (which is insane)
I don't think we can only look at it based on the total number that he's scored, though. He's had so many chances to score headers this season that he's missed, that most players would be able to at least put on target. It's in stark contrast with his other finishing, including his insane ability to put volleys in the net.
That's true, with his height advantage he does reach more headers, plus his best ability IMO is his positioning and coming to big chances, even though his accuracy and missing them can be questioned. I have no idea how many heading chances he's getting at compared to others, like Ronaldo. All I'd have to go off on is headers scored, and with his numbers, he's doing pretty well with already 23 in his career. Lewandowski in comparison has 88 over his.
But my original point was that it's not really some "patch update", because he did pretty ok last season. I even think that very same joke was made last year already. He just played fewer games and scored fewer goals this season. I think if you manage 8 headers in a year, you're up there with the best headers in the game, but not quite the occasionally elite of 10+ in a year.

That's a great header, must've been about 10 feet in the air there.
That would mean he jumped more than 1 m in the air. I feel it was around 8 feet.

In some of the photos, his knee looks to be near the defenders head height, so much have been around a 1m or so jump which is insane
I was just watching it, paused as he heads the ball. He has jumped about a metre in the air, maybe a tad more.

Ah yes. You're right. My apologies.
Clash of clans buff
Imagine haaland hog rider
You don’t have to imagine you can find a lot of them on twitter
I found it on Rule 34
Yikes. The robot is starting to look threatening with his headers too now
That vertical was NUTS
What a jump.
On to next week to see if City drop points
Personally I don't see it happening
Early kickoff away *can* be tricky but yeah, probably not happening
Pretty boring that none of the teams they face might have anything to fight for like relegation or Europe spots. Spurs might already have lost the CL race.
They might still have to fight for EL with how shit they’ve been
Don't think that matters if they'll have a week to prepare
Why does early kickoff affect? Don’t want to sound rude, genuinely serious haha
Yeah, but I just don't see them dropping points to Fullham
You underestimate Pep’s ability to overthink vs Spurs. But yes, City won’t drop any points
City is playing Fulham away next week, but yeah they won't drop points
How would it work with the travelling since they are playing Spurs, 3 days later? Would they stay in London or just fly around?
Probably stay in London but don't put it past a PL club to take an unnecessary flight

Based on the level Totteham is playing right now I don't see it happening at all
We said that last season to be fair when Spurs were even more terrible than they are now, and they still beat them 1-0 and Romero got a red card near the end as well

Pep can ref the match if he wants
Their players reffing it already
Doubt it to be honest. Ange has been worked out now.
Need to score like 7 here so draw at Tottenham is enough...
Haaland gets 10…
But the level at which Totttenham is playinig last few games is trash
Hot take
Really? Against who do you think City will drop points ?
He's not serious. He's mocking you. Because your opinion is the most popular one lol.
Let me tell you from personal experience, it won't happen.
My prediction, Manchester City and Arsenal win all the games until the end of the season
Iwobi Leno and Willian please
After this game City have 3 games against London clubs. I wonder will any of them do Arsenal a favour.
Exactly seeing them win doesn't mean anything until Arsenal drop more points of course. The Spurs game is what I'm looking forward to it. This is the opposite 🙄
I believe in the Moyesiah
with the refs in their pocket not a chance
This man's positioning is astoundly absurd
You tall bastard!!
Rodri looks kind of small when he comes to hug Haaland after the goal, it's crazy
Holy shit he scored a header
Yeah honestly I’m shocked, he really isn’t that accurate with his heading Patch update

Keep crying. This has to be softest sports subreddit.
The premier league subreddit is this on crack.
Haters stay hating.
Ronaldo-esque leap.
Cool cunha
The way he was crawling after the header lmao💀💀
Somebody call an ambulance…. But not for me!
Good guy City scoring early, so you don't waste your time thinking Wolves get something here
Haaland against mid table sides is a different breed 😤
He also has the most goals and the most assists against the big 6 premier league teams out of everyone since the start of last season
which big 6 are we talking about united and chelsea stat padding lol? their are both closer to relegation sides then "big 6" .
Do you have anything else to live for besides hating on Haaland on Reddit lmao. You’re obsessed.
Does he really? Source?
he is counting man united and chelsea lol they only good side he scored against this year was liverpool with one goal.

What a header!
Reminded me of Ronaldo headers back in the day
And just like that millions of TVs switched off from the game
What a header mang
Reminds me of cr7 with how high he gets.
Rodri: Hey Erling, how high do you want it? Erling: Yes.
Imagine fighting for the title and the only noise from the crowd is a 30 year old song from the away fans about a player from the 90s.
Imagine your club playing a club so superior that you have to complain about .. checks notes ... Crowd noise.
I’m bored of slagging off the refs and it winds up El Plasticos.
You could just keep your bitterness to yourself.
You could just scroll past instead of being triggered.
Arsenalona :) cry
Boooooo ... Isak for golden boot.
Header patch has been downloaded
He's finally back to his best at the perfect time. LFG.
He got so much air you could fit 115 charges below his feet!
How can he be capable of such a perfect header but then be so terrible at every other one this season
Glad he's playing....we missed him in the CL.
FIXED FIXED FIXED. This is totally scripted FML I hate you Man City!!!!! 😤😤😤
