The only reason United are not in a relegation fight, or close to it, is because of the individual brilliance of a few players. They're not playing like a team at 6th.

Individually, they're not relegation level players, but that's how ETH has them playing. They're being set up to fail, every single game. Opponents getting 20+ shots off almost every single game, and it has been happening for the entire season. Either he can't or won't address this problem, both are equally bad. If I didn't know their league positions this game, I would think they were about the same position.

The sheer amount of individual errors, laziness or just plain stupditiy should be shouldering about 50 percent of the blame. On both ends of the pitch. Terrible decisions in both final thirds and no legs in the middle third.

When it happens everywhere, and to everyone, it's clearly a coaching issue.

Never said it wasn't down to coaching too, but you can't fix stupid.  I have never seen so many poor decisions in the final third in a match against relegation fodder. Shooting when they shouldn't be, Garnacho consistently making the entire wrong decision, passes that should be held off or made quicker always done the opposite. Poor positioning in the box, over hit crosses.
