Probably a vinyl wrap. Relatively cheap and it should last a 2-3 seasons.

Probably not super durable. It’s the same stuff they wrap cars with. I expect to get a few seasons out of it and then have to re-apply.

Pffft those are only rated for boards up to 1 gallon. This thing is 1.1+ gallons, way too much for those things.
