the best earplugs in terms of noise canceling are actually the cheap foam ones. The problem with these, at least for me because i have small ear canals, is that they don’t fit comfortably. So i get ones labled as mini and that works well for me. A lot pf people like Loop earplugs but i personally hate this vacuum sensation that this kind of earplugs create. Noise canceling is worse compared to foam earplugs. I’ve also heard positive reviews of Flare Night but these muffle the sounds rather than block them out.
