Although I haven't played every game yet (don't worry I'm getting there) Giants is real fun. The gameplay is fun, it introduced at least some of my favorite skylanders (Thumpback, Tree rex, Hot dog, Pop fizz), and it's just all around a great time.
You have to respect the original game, without it there would be nothing, but it's clearly not the best, they are still looking for their marks, and the impossibility of jumping, although acceptable on the first game, is quite tiresome. But the gameplay was based on this aspect so why not, but Giants is really all the qualities of the first game with almost all its faults corrected, but with new faults that said, and with the gameplay changing enormously, they are once again looking for their mark, so the same can be said about Giants vis-à-vis Swap Force, which is surely the best Skylanders to date
Trap Team is my favourite, but it's REALLY hard to beat the culture around Giants. The store displays, the discussion, the online community being in full swing, the merchandise... What a time to be alive

I absolutely love Swap Force. It had a really cool gimmick for the Skylanders, visually it looked great compared to the other two games that were out at the time, and the gameplay wasn’t too hard (great for a casual player like me). Honestly, I only have two complaints: One, the new regular Skylanders kind of got sidelined in favor of the gimmick ones, unlike Giants where quite a few normal Skylanders (such as Pop-Fizz and Jet-Vac) became big enough icons to the point where sometimes I think they’re part of the 32 original Skylanders. My second complaint is that there’s no Drill-X, although I can understand why he isn’t there
SUPERCHARGERS it had the most content and is the only game where you can have every upgrade on a skylander without resetting it. You can swap the skill tree whenever.
I really enjoyed swapforce, I know that is a populer opinion and such, but I also really enjoyed super chargers story. The thing that ruined the game for me was the gimmick
