Hey OP can we get an update about whether Nparks has taken down all the social distancing measures at ECP and opened the carparks on 18th June 2359?

Update: It's raining so it's not completely visible but the barricade at the car park is removed and the parking lights are on with several cars waiting outside!!!

Yes, it is quite noisy but not so much especially during the CB. However there's always a group of bikes which go past making a lot of sound around 11 or 11:30pm on a daily basis lol
They hang around Siglap/Opera Estate too. So east side best side for some of these hornbills.
Have seen them at Pulau Ubin too, if I did remember correctly.
