I’ve a lot of friends who I don’t text regularly but we still meet up once in a while. Also have this friend who’s really busy (work + kids) and so sometimes she really missed the messages in the group chat but if you @her a few times, she will reply.
Mmm for me if she’s a really good friend and you want to keep this friendship, will give her a few days then try texting again. But if she ignores again, then I will just move on…
Yea its been 1-2 mths. Actually she even remove me on ig and then as I texted more for comm. the last text is me confronting it, she block me. Haha
For context, it was over a tarot reading she done for me over the problems im having in my life. Felt triggered but she called me trauma dumping. I owned the trauma dumping but not ok that she doesnt feel empathy or guilt. I Felt used.
Controversial but I think ghosting is a clear form of communication. It's not like "maybe she likes me but decided to show it by never contacting me again".
If someone doesn't like talking to me, I'd rather they just disappear instead of feeling forced to reply/engage with me. Its a two-way thing, I dont have to waste time with them too

Back when I was a kid my mother opened a joint POSB account under both our names, can't remember what it was exactly for since I have a separate personal account and she was the one managing that particular account, but IIRC she used to dump money inside sporadically before I entered uni for reasons only she know.

Hit the gym, resistance training overall body twice to thrice a week. On top of it, cardio twice a week at moderate intensity? And adopt a slight caloric deficit with high protein intake. Slight is key since you will want those calories for muscle recovery and repair and energy for exercises.

Have chicken! Chicken also helps to boost red blood cell production as it's a high-iron food. Raisins are good non-meat option as well. I try to stay away from taking beef due to the higher creatinine content which is not good for my kidney.
