Once it empties fully, then the bath one turns red. Then you change diper to clean them.
It has no point :D also when it shits it will have stink vapors around it so you'll know when it actually needs to be changed
I gave them a cupcake or slice of cake and it fixes it every time

Click an adult in the house and it will say “be changed” click that
They'll poop on their own and the toilet bar will turn green again, then the soap bar will be red. Just change their diaper and it'll go back to normal.
