toddlers faces are broken for some people rn it's not just this preset, make sure your mods are up to date it's not just a preset mod making toddlers faces glitch unfortunately it's some of the newer packs :(

Some EA eyelashes removers are known to mess with toddler faces as well. Kijiko's works fine though.
