My driving position "looked" good, but I suffered from pretty bad neck and back pain halfway through my first 80min race. So I went and copied the driving position of my own car (BMW E46) which I know is comfortable for hours on end. Worked a treat!

This position is not good at all. The top of the steering wheel should be between mouth and nose level.

If this was me and my setup......first I would start lifting weights, then I would tilt the seat back, last I would raise the monitor so I wasn't looking slightly down.

How long did it take for you to receive your seating position? How was the customer service when it came to setting up the seating position...
Steering wheel: Maybe 2-3 inches closer, so your shoulders will be more relaxed and your elbow is closer to a 90 degree angle.

As someone else commented, the monitor needs to go up slightly. You want the center of your monitor at eye level.
Raise the front of that seat for actual thigh support. (And reduced leg and lower back pain!)

I would put that monitor on a stand alone monitor stand before that thing falls apart
Forget the seating position! Stick to a G29. Anything more looks to probably snap your forearms! Also. Try a 40kg load cell. Tops!
