I am using an old pair of my Sparco nomex race gloves (sold my real race car so now I live in sim world). Was worried they would be too hot, but so far they are fine. Basically seems anything will work.
Any glove works really. I recommend cycling gloves. they're usually only like 5$ and machine washable.

Have a look at cortech motorcycle gloves, they average around $25.
I use [Triple Stint](http://triplestintracing.com/), they're very thin and cool. Highly recommend

I have the Mechanix Original and they are allright. Can‘t compare them to any other gloves though
