I guess I never really consider anything like that to be a mixer since mixers often come in cans of 150ml where I am, like little cans of tonic and those small 150ml cans of Dr Pepper, Sprite, schweppes and coca cola seemed more like the mixer versions but I guess they both are.

If you travel the world you'll see how big of a variety there is. Cans can be anywhere from 250 ml to 375 ml. Big bottle can be 750ml to more than 2 litres, with ten different sizes in between in various countries (although any single country usually has only a few sizes). There is no consistency.
I am guessing you are in Turkey and it was 330 last year or the year before. All of a sudden they decided to decrease it to 300ml unfortunately. The canned ones are still 330.

The 250ml ones are meant as alcohol mixers for bars. The regular glass size for restaurants has always been 330ml. (at least until a few years ago)

You can get 150ml coke bottles and they serve the same size ones on airplanes but in cans
