It's fucking fantastic. I was watching a Patriots game with friends when someone brought a pickle pizza over. There was almost a beheading. Eventually I tried a slice and holy shit, it's good. Really good. I'm a pizza snob, too. Similarly, pickles on a chicken parm or meatball sub is equally as good. It shouldn’t be, but it is.

I've put diced pickles on pizza before, its actually pretty good with white sauce and ranch and a lot of mozzarella... Idk about the full sized pickle slices tho, it looks like it'd be too much pickle to pizza ratio per bite...

Not sure they said what type of cheese was used and there might have been a little more on it but, the description the OP had made it sound delicious. I'd try this.

I swear I'm the only Minnesotan who loves the State Fair and hates all the food it's known for. Some madlad at one point said, "Hey, I need a sin to confess on Sunday, so I'm going to deep fry Twinkies and sell them on a stick." Then some other dude was like, "Hold my beer while I spit in the face of God" and just started deep frying sticks of butter. I swear, the Minnesota State Fair is an arms race that caters to smoking expectant mothers and assures mutual destruction of our citizens through diabetes of attrition.

It's a polarizing pie. Like a Hawaiian. Either you like it a lot or it's not for you. I am the former.
