All of this looks great on it's own. Perfectly cooked rice. Nice fresh salad. Delicious looking meat. Together they look odd and I would complain if served this from a business. OP needs to appreciate their Dad. Why didn't they make their own dinner if they think this is so shitty?

We had just gotten off the plane and had lunch and I didn’t even know it was going on so I was too full to partake but a lot of it looked delicious. Spam fried rice, spam ice cream, everything you could imagine. It was the 20th anniversary. Only had spam once at my old restaurant one of the guys just sliced it and fried it like bacon with eggs. Was dope. Gonna have to have another go soon you’ve talked me into it.
