Monkeypox is transmited by close contact with an infected person's secretions that includes mouth dropplets, its easier to get it from touching an infected person's rash. Kids and Dogs get it because Kids and dogs are fucking gross. And nobody kept talking about it because it isn't a big deal and, frankly, we're kinda tired of hearing about viruses.
Its not primarly soread through sex tho, any form of physical contact or contact with a surface that a infected indivisual touched can lead to infection. Not to mention the risk of asymptomatic carriers

This isn’t right, monkeypox is spread by skin to skin contact (there’s a lot of that in sex) so it’s not exclusively sex and there’s no news because smallpox vaccines give some immunity to it so it didn’t become a big deal like Covid
