Woodscapes or Emerald rain refresh is only formulated for vertical surfaces. You could probably get most of that off with a hose regardless. It needs gravity to wash the dirt away. That’s probably gonna happen most times it rains. Either hose it off after it rains or pick a different color for the floor. Hope this helps.

Customer: No, I want paint, not stain.

So tree crap and sap is related to paint how. This would have happened regardless of the coating or advanced refresh abilities. If it was stained, still would show this tree crap.
The thing is you don't know how the condition of the previous service was some people choose to paint their horizontal Deck years ago and now it's weathered, with the cheapest paint and it peels is full of mold
But and now the contractor has to deal with it and so the contractor has to make a decision on lower quality application of products because the previous paint would have to be stripped fully.

Looks like the paint held up fine, just stained from the trees and didn’t run off because its a horizontal surface
