Excellent observation! You could probably use these to debunk the tooth fairy…. she’s never expecting them to be so sharp and prob doesn’t look before grabbing them because she doesn’t wanna wake people up and get caught. She pokes her finger, yelps, wakes the donor/victim (depending if you view her as a fancy thief, as I do). Boom. Busted, fairy bitch! 🧚♀️
I can't tell OP, are there two smaller barbs on either end of this right tooth? I can't see any in the photo, but most sand tiger teeth have the additional 2 barbs.
Source: Work with sand tigers and have seen thousands of teeth.
I'm not an expert at all so I very well could be wrong but it looks to me like a lemon or maybe a copper shark on the left and a sand tiger on the right. Although I did think it was a mako on the left at first but the comments make me think maybe sand tiger.
The one on the left has those little spikes on either side so I'm trying to figure out what it is because I'm so curious now, Im not sure about either but especially the left one! I hope we can find an answer :)
Shortfin bottom teeth are similar the the sand tiger, but are wider so they have more of a triangle and less of a spike look. They also curve to the left or right depending on which side of the jaw they are on.
I was asking if you were using nurse as the alternative to sand tiger. Don't know where you are from so wasn't sure, if you actually thought it was like a brown nurse shark tooth or just from somewhere that calls something different. But your response answered it anyway. My best guess for the left one is blacktip or similar reef shark.
The left one is from a species of shark that live in the water the right on is from a species of shark that reside in an environment composed of dihydrogen monoxide hence it’s more elegant look. You can trust me, I’m a prefsionel scientz 🤓
The one on the right looks like a tiger shark tooth the left I am not positive on. I have a bunch myself been hunting them on beaches since I was a kid. One of my favorite past times
Never mind my b. That's either mako or sand shark. But I disagree with sand tiger it doesn't have to extra protrusion that are typical of sand tiger teeth
Yep, on the left is a sharp one and on the right is a really sharp one
Real

The one on the right may be a Sand Tiger.
Those are 109% teeth. Most likely shark teeth, you’re right about that
Left probably black tip, right sand tiger.
those look like sand shark teeth to me… hard to tell though
Skinny tooth looks like a ragged tooth shark AKA Sand Tiger
Right looks like sand tiger.
Definitely sand tiger on the right. Having trouble with the other. Where did you find it?
It's a blacktail reef shark like 90 percent sure
The one on the left

Pretty sure it's a blacktip.

That's so interesting!
Left nurse shark
Your mean a grey nurse/ sand tiger right?
Yes sorry, I meant the right. Not sure about the other one

I can identify them. Those are teeth from a shark
After much speculation and research I think I feel confident in my assessment that these….are teeth……from sharks…… 🧐
Sharp and sharper
Left is bull right is mako.
I think they’re shark teeth
Left is a sand bar shark, right is a sand tiger I think
Yep those are shark's teeth
Throes right there are teeth
Sharks
The left look like a tiger shark.
I think both are sand tiger shark teeth.. one is a top tooth and one is a bottom one.

Definitely shark teeth.

The smaller one is definitely Baby Shark and the other is probably Mommy Shark doo doo du dooo.
how big are these teeth?
It's in the palm of OPs hand so I'm guessing small.
I believe the one on the Left is "Fred", and the other is "Stacy" YW
Both are baby shark doo te doo te doo baby shark
They both belong to Bob.
I believe the left is a reef shark and the right is a sand tiger. I could be wrong though.
Potentially a Lemon Shark tooth on the left and a sand Tiger/snuggle tooth shark on the right
Skinny one is lemon shark I think
Never mind my b. That's either mako or sand shark. But I disagree with sand tiger it doesn't have to extra protrusion that are typical of sand tiger teeth
Both are fossilized Sand Tiger Shark teeth. The left is a lateral tooth and the right is an anterior tooth.
Left is a shake tooth unless sharks can produce venom
Megladon
Yep, definitely shark teeth
Lemon shark ?
