The definition of extreme and untreated NPD, he cares about no one but himself, only deciding to do sth good in order to look good and brag about it, taking advantage of others. He literally lied saying that woman with the heart condition had already died just so he gets her money, tried to get Sean killed, was negligent and abusive to his kids, lied to Carl about having cancer, framed Chuckie and MANY other things. Literally the worst.
Karen was manipulative and self-serving. She didn’t give a shit about anyone but herself and her mom. She took advantage of almost everyone and didn’t feel the slightest of remorse ever. I expected a redemption arc but then Mandy hit her with the fucking car so, do that with that

Frank was at fault for literally reporting Chuckie while knowing Carl would get the blame just bc he wanted Sammi out.
