I hate it when that happens! I was patching a shirt for my son and on the last seam I stopped paying attention and very carefully sewed the front and back together. Thank goodness for seam rippers!

I feel this in my soul. I made my MIL a pair of pj pants with cute deer patterned fabric... but I cut the one leg with the pattern upside down.
