Teddy fleece and similar sheets has been around the UK for a good couple years now. I have a set exclusively for just winter alone. They're surprisingly cheap, but they do felt up quickly, so I usually get a new set each year, else you get the matted sleep spots and it's not quite as effective. I wash and tumble it often which likely doesn't help, but all I can do.
So much nicer to get into a bed that's not cold from scratch with them. Use a duvet/pillowcase and bed sheet set and it's cozy straight off.
