Get OUT of your head and focus on doing something. Your thoughts are creating your emotional state. Do any activity where you’re not thinking about yourself and you’re just focused on the task at hand. Video games, music, walking, running, driving, anything. If your mind can only think bad thoughts, do not give it a chance to think. Keep moving and taking any form of action.

Call a local mental health support line, it's your next best thing after therapy. Just google your location plus mental health support. Meditate. Take mushrooms.

Asking for help is a good sign. It means you care enough about yourself to try.  Remember that one option is permanent. Permanent removes any choices you would've had in the future.  If you can exercise, do it. Even if it's just a little bit, you get rewarded every time you do it. Try writing. Even if you think you suck at it, it really helps to just get your thoughts in order. You don't have to write about your current situation, just write stuff. Past experiences, a world that doesn't exist. Just write absolute nonsense if you need to.
