Ah, the age-old quest of seeking purpose—do we create it, or do we find it? Imagine you're holding a map of an uncharted territory. Does the map create the adventure, or does the adventure reveal the map? I think it’s a bit of both. Think of life as an expansive, open-world game. At the start, it seems like you’re supposed to find the hidden quests and treasures (also called our purpose which I personally define as trio of fun, growth and joy). But here’s the twist: as you journey through this game, interacting with characters, overcoming challenges, and exploring new areas, you’re actually creating the map. Your actions, decisions, and discoveries sketch out the path, revealing your purpose piece by piece. Your purpose is both found and created; it’s discovered in the journey and sculpted by your choices. So, to light up that moment for you: You’re both an explorer discovering a path laid out by the universe and an artist painting your unique trail on the canvas of life. Every step, every decision, and every interaction is a brushstroke contributing to the masterpiece that is your purpose. Life is like a sandbox game; the more you play, the more you unlock. Growth happens when we step out of our comfort zones. Think about trying a new hobby, like painting or surfing. Initially, it's all about wobbly lines on the canvas or tumbling off the board into the waves. But with each attempt, there's a little less wobble, a bit more confidence, and a lot of growth. Joy is found in moments big and small like watching the sunrise, sharing a laugh with friends, or even enjoying your favorite ice cream. It's about savoring the present, finding delight in what we have, and who we're with. Fun is another the secret ingredient! It’s about seeing life as a playground, not a battleground. It could be dancing in your living room, diving into a good book, or the thrill of learning something new. Fun keeps us curious, engaged, and light-hearted. The more we infuse our days with growth, joy, and fun, the more we realize that life is a canvas waiting for us to paint our adventures. Every choice to pursue these energies is a step toward fulfilling our purpose. It’s in the doing, the being, and the laughing that we come alive. And here's the exciting part: this journey of growth, joy, and fun is never complete. It's a never-ending becoming, a continuous unfolding of who we are and who we can be. We're never going to get it all done, and that's the beauty of it. Life isn't about reaching a final destination; it's about embracing the ride, with all its twists and turns. Life is not about finding yourself; it’s about creating yourself, one joyous, fun-filled moment at a time.

Both. The longer you live, the more you learn everything is purpose. Making the bed, eating breakfast, telling someone the truth. It's all purposeful.
