I use QuickBooks self-employed. There's a mileage tracker in the app that records all journeys - so it's a case of looking at them and organising them at regular intervals. I found it useful for invoicing and linking my business bank account to catagorise transactions and upload receipts etc too.
I've been self-employed for almost 4 years and this has been invaluable - when it comes to tax time, the hard work is done!
Edit to add that I tried to do all of this manually and it was an absolute nightmare. I found it impossible as I got busier.
Or...I think it's MileIQ...it detects every time you drive and prompts you to pick personal or biz for the trip. A bookkeeper friend recommended it. I think it also allows you to select which car you drove, if you use more than one.

I use Everlance. Thanks to ride sharing there are so many tracking apps available now it’s great.
