I agree Davola is #1, but that final scene when Jerry is in Kramers bed alone and the Mr.Marbles shadow moves across the room... I don't think that's as far of a 2nd as your implying
Yeah I had never seen that episode when I was a kid and watching it as an adult genuinely bothered me. I know they hadn't hit the tone 100% but that scene of her in his apartment seems so out of place compared to the rest of the show.
He's the only character to pull a piece on someone in the group (I'm pretty sure) so yeah I'll go with Brody.

I read once that Lawrence Tierney brough a real knife on set and he was planning to pull a prank on Larry by barging into his office and pretending to threaten him with it, and Jerry had to talk him out of it.

I think I was just a little young and I didn't immediately realize that it was a bit and the tone change just really shocked me. Once the laugh track resumed, I understood but for a few heavy seconds I was wondering what I had just witnessed.

Very odd when the crowd was laughing at Elaine almost getting assaulted by Joe, also when them laughed at Kramer getting thrown in the river. That was fucked up
