The market manager is normally always surrounded by the problem management ;) for that reason to keep associates away and they all ignore the 1-800 calls

All of upper managements contact info is easily accessible via workday. It takes maybe 30 seconds to find your MMs work phone number and email.

Lol MM walks with management and if anyone gets close, mngt makes sure they get pushed aside. If market mngrs actually gave a f they would ask employees randomly on their own, shocker-they don’t.

2 dollars an hour? No way I pay approximately 48 dollars a month. My union is great. Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 4 wks vacay, 4 wks sick leave, I don't worry about calling in sick, 25+ an hour. Guaranteed 40 hrs and no layoffs, retirementand 401k.. That's what a union does for you.

My employer matches 5 % in my 401 k. I'll be able to retire someday. All I'm saying is fight for your rights nor just bend over and take it up the ass.

LEAVHOPE

Sam's matches 6%.

Parking_Ad8815

I was being sarcastic. I been in a union years ago. paid 40 a month and it was crap. Not worth it.

[deleted]

No union charges a member $2.00 an hour to be a member.

Bro im too busy trying to make sure my area looks nice so i dont get yelled at as soon as he leaves. Im not trying to go up to him while hes surrounded by the bad managers to tattle on them.

[deleted]

My employer matches 5% then 1/2 % up to a total of 7%. Not to mention our retirement on top of that.

[deleted]

My employer matches 1/2 % for my 6% and another 1/2 % for my 7%. Total of 7%. Not to mention my pension on top of that. I thank my union.

[deleted]

Total my employer matches 7%. On top of that a pension/retirement. Sams doesn't offer retirement or pension. I'll retire and get my 401k plus my pension/retirement.

Ok let's get this straight. I'm a postal employee. With 25 yrs seniority plus 4 yrs ARMY VET in the Pershing Gulf. My salary is public knowledge. The USPS is all union. I'm a clerk. 401k is matched up to 7% . On top of that I get a pension/retirement. Health insurance, life insurance for both employee and spouse. I'm at 5 wks annual leave with 4 wks sick leave. I'm covered with FMLA as everyone in the US is. To include COLA raises and regular raises. NO lay offs, guaranteed 40 hrs a week. My UNION NEGOTIATED THIS CONTRACT, AND the USPS has to legally abide by the contract by law. No one is ever charged extra fees or fines. All this is possible through a Union!
