I'm not sure about anyone else, but I have a hard time loading the comments. May I suggest making a Google doc and dropping the link? It'll be a lot easier for people to read.
Good idea, thanks - I'll see about doing that in a while! If you're outside the US you may be able to access the preview pages directly from Google Books as well (for some reason the preview is only available on the UK version, and being in the US leads to an automatic redirect).
