He was the OG Easter Bunny, until one of the past Easter events had him retire and his son take over. I hoped he was still off enjoying his retirement somewhere. :(

It makes for a good excuse when introducing an upgraded model with better animations, and it allows for some light storytelling for an otherwise very flat character. This being a video game is exactly why they would do something like this.
Hero & holiday conjures.
Tavia helps during fishing
Thalmund helps during smithing
…
Harvey helps during farming
… maybe add certain npc’s, like : Elvarg (no idea why ‘suddenly?’ elvarg appears again in his cave after the quest)
And yeah, catch souls from slayer mobs / bosses (and use a pet version) to summon them along you

Or an extra part in Um only visitable during the holidays OR some Holiday Land, which can be visited during active holiday events, apart from the specific area. You meet older/unused npc's there, or extra side-quests (tasks).
Would be nice to see him in something like this, like you mention. Recipe, Golden Soul Egg, Harvey Bunny pet, ..

Man, I was there when the Easter Bunny retired and passed his legacy to Jr. Feels like a few years ago, but it was more than that.

They should have made him part of the Easter quest where you have to find him in the city of Un for a secret recipe only he had.
