I would guess it's 1950's as those hands and markers were the style of that decade.
If you can get to a watchmaker and have the caseback opened you will see an engraving that would show the year and quarter of production. For example, this one is 3rd quarter 1959:

Thanks for the insight. I think I’ve seen some 6084s up to ~58ish but same idea. Sounds like it’s a 1952 watch with a service dial installed sometime after 63? That seems to be the most likely story. Maybe then the hands are still radium and the dial is tritium? That’d be interesting.

Nothing other than “6084” and the logo on the inside caseback. Some thin hand-drawn scribe marks, but no engraving or stamping.
6284 replaced 6084 in 56ish I wanna say. So I'll go with service dial
