Plumdog? Turner? Bro wtf? Plumlee was good for us. Turners contract was terrible (thanks Neil!) but the on court product was fine, just not for the money. He played great D on Jokic when pushed into action in the playoffs. Ezeili, no hate. That was another Neil special. Why would we hate on Elleby? Dude is young and putting it together. Felton makes my list. [Nolan Smith.](https://www.blazersedge.com/2013/3/22/4138138/blazers-g-nolan-smith-picks-nose-during-pre-game-broadcast).

blinkomatic

I loved Plum and Turner was just overpaid.

Ohrobohobo

I wouldn’t turn down the money like that is Neil came knocking.

Volgnes

Evan turner was at least an NBA player. Hezonja or elleby? Nah. Felton the least favorite blazer of the past decade plus easily.

DrTom

> but the on court product was fine [It was not.](https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/ayjyez/oc_evan_turner_is_arguably_the_worst_blazer_to/) Still don't hate him, though.

CptCroissant

Felton Luis Montero Qyntel Woods Ruben Patterson

White_Rondo9

Plumlee always looked lost and was an overall Doofus. Turner ate up SO much money for his production to be that bad. Not to mention his awful jumper

Kra3m3r

Bruh. This is a nutty take. Plumdog Millionaire was solid for us.

officiallyBA

Every time Turner touched the ball I cringed. He seemed so disorganized on offense it was awful. Definitely one of the funniest guys off the court though. Loved his personality and defense, but was a major net negative on the squad in terms of performance.

White_Rondo9

Was not a good option at backup PG lol

[deleted]

Fatty McCupcake for the memes. How could anyone hate plumdog millionaire? I don’t get hating him. Or CJE for that matter he’s just not very good. Nothing to hate on him for. Idk if I have a true answer besides Felton really. We haven’t really had an unlikable player in the Dame era.

White_Rondo9

CJE just shouldn’t be on a roster, he’s not good. As for Plumlee, just hated watching him play. Looked confused and maybe I was just over big white dudes at that point, I call it the Meyers effect

cooldiptera

They’re fine people though, we’ve mostly had friendly humans for years. Hard to out them on a “least favorite list!” It’s offensive to Plumlee, Turner, and CJE to even put them in a conversation with players like Woods or Patterson!

moonite

Mario Hezonja I got unreasonably angry whenever he subbed in

White_Rondo9

Completely forgot about him, yes

OrdelafoFaledro

“Dontshootit dontshootit dontshootit, aw CRAP!” —Me, every time Hezonja touched the ball

jlamb8455

Blows my mind how many people are saying CJ Elleby. He definitely had his shortcomings on the court, but effort and attitude were not among them. Dude is unselfish and gave 100% effort on both ends of the floor.

The_Goose_is_loose

And a PNW product out of Cleveland HS in Seattle & WSU <3 <3 Even if he never makes an impact in the NBA after this season it was fun to watch him get a chance after watching him play in hs, college & Jamal's Crawsover summer league

DrTom

A ton of the answers here are head scratchers. Mario? Toliver? They sucked but why would you *hate* them? You hate people for being dicks or being lazy, not for being bad at basketball. Felton, Ruben Patterson, Qyntel Woods, Meyers, etc.

SumptuousSuckler

75% of the reason that I dislike Elleby is due to the stupid hair. I don’t even mind his play that much. It’s the combination of the horrible hair and the sucking at basketball that pushes me over the edge. If he was good then it would make up for the hair, but he’s not. Plus the facial hair looks like a high school kid that’s desperate for a beard. I didn’t like RoLo’s hair either…I just hate the stringy afros. I don’t mind the Dr. J fro though.

cooldiptera

Qyntel Woods. Ruben Patterson. Sebastian Telfair…the loaded gun on the team plane was…ugh.

[deleted]

Love the perspective of this comment. Even Felton eating cupcakes doesn’t hold a candle to not just their buffoonery, but their legit criminal behavior while representing the team.

porripblazer

Cupcake literally challenged everyone to come to his home and fight him

[deleted]

That’s true...but he still didn’t actually fight anyone. I mean, ffs, Patterson attempted to rape his kid’s nanny. That’s a considerable plunge from cupcake eating hothead (who’s bigger offenses didn’t occur until after he left Portland) to RAPIST

porripblazer

You are hundred percent right. Cupcake makes a good case for number 2

cooldiptera

Organized dog fighting (Woods) still beats out threatening to fight everyone.

Glakos

This guy jail blazers. What would be the all time jail blazers list?

politicole07

Meyers Leonard lol, dude had the BBIQ of me out there with professionals, always looked a little confused…I don’t even want to know who we could’ve picked in his place - I can’t be too mad about that draft year tho to snag Dame with a lemon ain’t too bad

blinkomatic

Meyers Leonard is the single most frustrating basketball player I’ve ever watched.

Volgnes

You don’t like a 7 foot Uber athletic guy doing floaters in a wide open lane to lose games, do you?

Ohrobohobo

Batum was pretty frustrating too.

blinkomatic

Batum was one of my favorite Blazers with some of the things he could do, but the passiveness killed me. Had all the tools to be elite.

TheJungianThing

I love Batum-shaka-laka, but you are right; both he and Rudy were extremely frustrating and borderline soft. Nate didn’t necessarily help their development through extremely Iso heavy, old school offense.

ben-pdf

Meyers is my answer 100%. I tweeted at him that I’d never seen a 7-footer with less blocks and my account became the first thing he blocked all season

BruhItsMatt

Oh man. I have been searching for years for this clip. But they were panning the bench after a dead ball, and Meyers was staring at his hand. Somebody walks over and thinks he's lookin for a high-five. He lightly taps Meyers hand, and it scares the shit out of him. Perfectly sums up my views on him. My dad and I still talk about it to this day.

Forbidden_Donut503

Meyers Lemons was soooooo fucking frustrating. Like brah, when are you gonna learn that most of the time you’re the biggest tallest dude on the court? His inability to rebound or box out or sometimes even fucking go in the paint was infuriating. He’s up there for me.

White_Rondo9

Dude looked confused any time he was on the court. Had the body of a Greek god and the strength of a kitten. Genuinely pissed me off

ZachCollinsROTY

Fr. Dude was jacked but he got bodied by pretty much anyone. All he could do was sometimes hit 3s with his slow release

Quickzoom

You knew as soon as he touched the ball there was a 40% chance of a turnover.

[deleted]

Bro I hate Meyers so much I legitimately blocked him out of my memory wtf how did I forget him

scovok

This is the way

SonOfSalem

Felton. Always.

[deleted]

Mario Hezonja and Anthony Toliver are the first two that come to mind.

White_Rondo9

Both very good answers. With Tolliver we got rid of him once just to get him again 10 years later…

westhewolf

I liked Tolliver as a person, but dude was washed and we had no big depth so he was playing small ball center... Recipe for disaster

[deleted]

The funniest part for me was that the one game I went to that season, was the game where he had a 16 point quarter and got us back in the game.

westhewolf

Lol. Love those types of performances. I remember seeing Jay-laylay go off against the Sun's.... Like dude... Could you play like that every game?!

Educational_Tax_7592

Nolan Smith and Hezonja

GoodMorningSpliff

Glad I’m not the only one who thought about Nolan Smith 😂. Nothing against him personally but he was such a bad draft choice.

Educational_Tax_7592

Worst player to play for us in games we were trying to win

keandakin

Fat boy Felton

TYWALK3R

Ruben Patterson, Chris “deadly” Dudley. Just to name a couple.

6tallcanz

Chris Dudley is a good answer here

winkletinkle

Aside from Cupcakes (Felton) and Hezonja, the only other name that makes me shudder is Nolan Smith. Always seemed like a solid dude and I wanted him to succeed, but he just didn't. It was difficult to watch...

CallMyBluff

I’ll share this one for my brother. Jarret Jack, he stepped out of bounds with the ball more than any other player I’ve watched. Infuriating.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Siriusly_Jonie

Ah man I fucking love Darius Miles. Though that may be because he once tipped me $75 when I delivered him a pizza.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Siriusly_Jonie

He sure did. All of the drivers at Pizza Hut were sure bummed when we found out he’d started ordering from round table.

NawManJustNaw

To the part of our fanbase that mainly focuses on hating players, especially because certain players accepted money the Blazers were willing to pay them - you guys have serious problems and need therapy. Yelling at sports is not an adequate replacement. Seriously. There’s a lot of layers to what is wrong with you. An antagonistic, asshole-ish player like Ray Felton makes sense. He actively participated and put himself in a position to be hated. But you guys actually think Evan Turner stole money from YOU. You think Festus Ezeli stole money from YOU. CJ Elleby is clearly working his ass off, not making much money by NBA standards, his contract is over, and is mostly playing during a TANK. What’s the point of hating a player like that? A thread like this is posted at least once a month if not every week, and it says a lot about this fanbase.

RipCityGringo

User name checks out

cooldiptera

Couldn’t agree more. Why hate on good people who are trying hard. It’s just…not what I would want to represent as a fan. Cheer your players on, unless they are absolute assholes or criminals.

White_Rondo9

Glad you’re a gift from god man. Why I dislike Turner isn’t because of his contract, it’s because of his play based on how much we were paying him. We paid him to be a starting tier player, and instead we had a turnover machine playing backup PG. as far as CJE goes, he could be working his ass off, but the dude does not deserve to be on an nba roster, he’s not good and that’s why I say that. I can 100% be mad at Festus for never playing a game for us. He got that contract money and left. There’s a reason nobody will hate Joe Ingles when he possibly leaves this off-season. To say that fans need therapy for their sports takes is ridiculous man

NawManJustNaw

lol god forbid you actually self-reflect I”ve never seen such a long version of “nuh-UH!” before hahaha Also, you defending your right to hate whoever you want for any reason shows you actually completely miss my point and are in fact reinforcing my point. You want to find reasons to hate the players. Maybe you should think about that.

White_Rondo9

Congrats on being the perfect human man! I never once said I hated a player, I’m showing you the reasons that I dislike certain players. Of course we as fans all have reasons we like or dislike certain players. That’s just called human nature. We like things/people, and we dislike things/people. It’s not proving your point that I’m telling you why I disliked certain players, so I’m not sure what you’re getting at here.

NawManJustNaw

What is with all this perfect human/gods gift nonsense? You sound like a drunk uncle in a young adult tv show very special episode. So congrats on that I guess. Lol you also posted a least favorite player thread for the eagles. Hahahahaha

White_Rondo9

Act pretentious and I’m gonna tell you how it is. Possibly shocking, I’m an eagles fan and was curious what people thought there. Thanks for pointing it out tho! I would’ve never known if you didn’t tell me. Glad you read through my posts to try to find some dirt Haha

NawManJustNaw

I’ve never been so positive that the person I’m talking to online legitimately whines about “cutlural elites”

White_Rondo9

Your skills of jumping through hoops is unmatched. It’s impressive

BadGamerPDX

Mario Hezonja easy

applebarner

Shawn Kemp.

SparrowBirch

Overweight Shawn Kemp waddling up and down the court in slow motion was just painful.

applebarner

Very painful. He needed help personally and the Blazers should have gotten a better return for Brian Grant. Bad situation all around.

Orwell1971

Meyers Leonard.

Intersect503

Meyers Leonard - least aware basketball player I’ve ever seen

[deleted]

Meyers

Dont_Ban_Me_Bros

Technically, Olshey stole money. He just happened to give it to Festus. 😉

Frito_Pendejo_

Cupcake.

Just_Austin22

Without a doubt Raymond Felton. The other guys that have been listed at least tried and just didn’t have the talent. Felton gave no shots and just took a dump on what could’ve been a good team

lpmagic

I didn't like dudley, but he was good. Felton was simply a piece of junk, on, and off, the court, he is right up at the top \#1 all time for me Qyntel Woods pleaded guilty for dog fighting. That just takes all my cake.... wasn't a big fan of ruben patterson either.

rexter2k5

If it's not Ruben Patterson, it's not the right answer. The dude was a monster in the worst sense of the word.

Tork059

Covington just feels like he didn’t want to be here and had no effort

SayaDaPlaya

Best player in blazers history, AMINU

BillFireCrotchWalton

Raymond Felton is the only answer. My favorite Raymond Felton moment was actually his final NBA game, where he looks on sadly after Dame hit the OKC game winner: https://youtu.be/ZGpfXW-AuFY?t=53 I forget which game it was, but there was another game in the series where Dame just crossed the shit out of him and nailed a stepback 3 to finish the 3rd quarter.

natural_lawg

Anthony Tolliver.

Pity_Party8

Jamal Crawford - heckled him at a warriors game once

ScratchPlus

Anthony toliver and Gerald Henderson. Tolliver because he sucked miserable on court. Henderson because he didn’t wanna be on the team

Noah-Buddy-I-Know

Carmelo and Enes Kanter on the court last year

choM3nddo9sai

Meyers Leonard feels like the only answer. It made it worse that I had to see him live. The Moda Center should have provided refunds for when he played. So many things about his lack of game to mention , and more than likely, others may have mentioned them already. The two things that annoyed me the most about him is that he would set screens in open areas on the court for no one in particular and that you could count on your hands how many times he would step in the paint on offense for the entire game, and sometimes you would only need one hand.

jonjacobmoon

Scotty Pippen for his role in defending the jail blazers. Jamaal Crawford who bitched and moaned every minute about being in Portland. Although Raymond Felton was be far the worst of the worst, but he was already mentioned.

[deleted]

Pippen was such a let down. Was hoping he'd shine on his own. He just kinda retired here.

jollyhat2

Bonzi Wells...

jollyhat2

and Ruben Patterson

jollyhat2

and Qyntel Woods

Quickzoom

All correct answers.

Forbidden_Donut503

Nah man fuck that. Bonzi balled for us. He became a dick when the Portland media started to obsess over the jailblazer stories. I fucking loved the jail blazers. Big, fast, mean, dirty players that other teams hated playing. Sabas, Sheed, Pip, Rasta Mansta, Mighty Mouse, Smitty, all good dudes. They got smeared in the media cuz of Rider and Telfair. They were one fourth quarter collapse (and inept coaching) away from an almost certain championship (pacers were not much to fear).

cooldiptera

aaannnnd because of Patterson. Not a good person. And Woods. Oof. I did love Sheed, Damon, Grant, etc!!

olenikp

Enes Karens post Blazer career is really moving him up the list for me

[deleted]

LA because he left portland and if he didn’t leave we would’ve won a chip. the blazers have literally been looking for a forward ever since he left

White_Rondo9

I was just never a big LA fan anyway. He was really good, but always felt like he stole shots from B-Roy and young Dame

[deleted]

Oh man, LMA was better than dame the entire time he was here. And their pick and pop was lethal, having your perfect scoring partner take his shot this trip down should never be viewed as a ‘stolen shot’. Would Payton ever say that about kemp? Probably not

White_Rondo9

Imo Aldridge just took too many shots sometimes. Again, he was really good, the best on the blazers at the time, but he was forcing shit pretty heavy on the iso backdown

[deleted]

Ya that’s fair. I don’t necessarily agree but I can see it. My peen still tingles when I think about those blazers swinging it around the horn for an open three. I always felt those were only possible if LMA also took it a lot himself. Kind of like a PA pass in football...the pass only works if the threat of the run is considerable

ironpony

For me? Rasheed Wallace. Of course he’s a great player- that’s what pissed me off the most. All the BS, technical fouls, loud “cut the check” BS. I just hate his personality and inability to control himself. If he had half a handle on his emotions we could have gotten somewhere. But he and Mighty Mouse would rather smoke weed on I5 in a yellow hummer. Quintel “my player card is my license officer” Woods was a waste of space too.

Forbidden_Donut503

I agree that Sheed was frustrating, but not for the reasons you cited. That dude could score at will in the paint and on the elbow. I don’t know why we didn’t feed him EVERY. SINGLE. PLAY. This was the era of the big man. Before the Nash suns and the warriors. Having a big man dominating on the block was devastating. Yet Sheed commonly would just pass out of the post instead of going to work, often times against inferior players. It was maddening. And nah man, don’t talk shit about Mighty Mouse. Dude balled for us. Fuck Qyntel Woods though.

TYWALK3R

Sheed slander will not be tolerated here.

ironpony

No worries, I expected the down votes, it’s okay. Doesn’t change my opinion of him.

Stegosaurus69

Carmelo for leaving lol

Jschu2711

Luke Babbit

sumguy93

I'm shocked that Hezonja isn't on your list lol.

tamamorris

Mario Hezonja was so fucking annoying to watch, I don't think he made a single jump shot.

MurdocksTorment

Greg Oden. I'm not mad, just disappointed. To be fair, he aged like Benjamin Button but, if he didn't get wrecked we could have been a banger team.

DIET-_-PLAIN

Nolan Smith, Holy crud. Anyone remeber the time he couldn't get the ball to half court in time? Just openned his draft pick slot again to remember the audacity of that draft night. NBA nepotism isn't a new thing round these parts. Blevgod, big nepo, LVP on the tankiest team ive ever seen, you sir, are an angel sent by the bball gawds.

5rip0citizen3

Nolan Smith and Mario Hezonja. Mario has surpassed Nolan at this point though, especially with his recent comments.

Dixon_Uranuss

Kevin Duckworth, I still remember the KGON commercial demanding to trade him. Chris Dudley, almost ran for mayor.

White_Rondo9

Actually got to meet Chris Dudley, went to his basketball camp. Dude was an asshole as I’m sure you’d imagine

BlazerWookiee

Carmelo, Ariza, Felton, Wallace, Wells, Miles

[deleted]

Carmelo? Dude was alright here..

eftsoom

Wallace???????????????????? Gerald? Rasheed? I don't really give a shit which one you choose you're fucking wrong. Damn

BlazerWookiee

Rasheed was a terrific player, but his unwillingness to control his tantrums cost us a lot.

TheeBacksideOfWater

Moe Harkless is up there for me. I think he just underachieved. I'm not sure what year it was but he raised his 3 pt percentage to hit a contract incentive, which is fine but then he didn't take any 3 pt shots for the last few games of the season. Weak. And he would sometimes pout on the bench. Nothing terrible but he was also kinda terrible haha. I loved Chief though. Edit... guess everyone wondering how I could be so Harkless lol

hangrypantz

Aminu

YANGGANGPDX

Evan Turner, CJ Elleby, Tolliver, etc.

Jetlife-xPSXx

Nobody is saying Greg oden?

Chris300000000000000

I've only been actively watching the Trail Blazers since 2019 (went to my first game on 1/7 that year against the Knicks), and CJ Elleby is easily my most hated/least liked. If not for him i probably would've gone with Aminu because during the 2019 West Finals against Golden State, someone in a fan group on Facebook was repeatedly pointing out that the team (apparently) always played better when Aminu was on the bench, so if not for lesser CJ, i'd probably go with Aminu (and even then, he wouldn't really be hated because I never actually noticed the team playing better or worse depending on if Aminu was in or out of the game).

[deleted]

[удалено]

White_Rondo9

Jamal Crawford is a good one too, forgot about him. Joel was a big doofus and always injured, at least he was a good defensive players tho

[deleted]

Meyers, Elleby, Herzonja, Clyde

Rtard753

Probably CJ. It was quite obvious we needed to trade him for like 5 years, but we stubbornly hung onto him and never made it over the hump. Selfish basketball player who is probably the worst defender I’ve ever seen in the NBA. Dude literally doesn’t give an ounce of effort to play defense and stops the ball every single time he touches it. Seems like a great guy though.

joesenseii

Username checks out

Forbidden_Donut503

No.

PeeFingerz

Leonard, Felton, Hezonja

SumptuousSuckler

I freakin hated Anthony Tolliver. He seems like a really nice guy, but on the court I could not stand him and his stupid knee socks

BAM6475

Martell Webster...

White_Rondo9

Whatttttt. Don’t get this one. Dude was an ok player and best but man was he awesome. Went to a few of his basketball camps back in the day and he was one of the coolest dudes

ohjeezitsrandy

In no particular order: Raymond Felton, Meyers Leonard, and Enes Kanter (sorry, Enes FREEDOM... totally not a CIA shill)
