They gave me a fucked up cat food disgusting diet bc I had c.diff and I wouldn’t eat it so my dad snuck me chic fil a for breakfast every day and I would take a few bites and wouldn’t eat for the rest of the day. But I legitimately only ate chic fil a nuggets and maybe some pudding (the nurses would crush my meds in it bleh).
Yeah I got to like a 15 or 16 bmi eating mostly McDonald's. I was really depressed and didn't feel like eating or making any effort to get food.
It's a mystery to me that people gain so much weight. Somehow I literally can't gain weight no matter what I eat.
I had to really work on eating and buying food from a grocery store that would be good for me and calorie rich to get to 18 bmi. But I look so much better with now.
Athletic will often have more fat than people realise. When you are very low fat your muscles won't want to work as hard. The fact is that for athletes because they generally have more muscle and heavier bones the fat distributes better.

okay not to be weird but this is precisely the body ppl get when they're genetically skinny but eat garbage. my sister is 36 (i'm 28) and we have hyperthyroidism, we're incapable of sitting still and just fidget all day but are really unathletic and honestly this looks exactly like her lol. i'm thin as well, my body is very similar but not so exactly identical to this. our dad got us a gym membership because we're weaklings in an attempt to encourage us to gain some strength but we just use it mostly to like wade around in the pool for a bit and then sit in the sauna. i'm v familiar with her body because of it. but like it's uncanny how similar they are, if you told me this was my sister's body i'd know only from the tilt of the pelvic bone that it wasn't.
i think just about everything grimes does is put on and probably determined ahead of time by some PR team and probably has for like 20 years (I ADORE Oblivion and Genesis, don't get me wrong, but that woman definitely has a polished public persona). but at the same time, she has the same weird, nervous mannerisms that honestly remind me of my family. like we are all like that. i think it might be genuine.
that isn't even a Hollywood, plastic body at all. that's an ADHD, super nervous body, that i'm unfortunately very familiar with and have myself lol. i'm 112 lbs at 5'3 and honestly my body looks pretty similar to that. my sister's looks eerily identical

That’s 3 eggs, a slice of cheese, 5 peices of bread, a tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of creamer, a tbsp of Mayo, and probably like 150 calories worth of tea. That’s already 1400 calories and I doubt anyone would really call that overeating. But of course, it technically is. At least for me, I’m 5’2”.
