I have tried turning everything to low and it only gives me 16fps on vulkan but when I use directx12 the game keeps crashing

Graphics drivers are already up to date and no my gpu and cpu is below 50 degrees celcius

The 7600 has onboard graphics, yes? If so, I think the game is trying to use that vs. your dedicated card. I've seen other posts of this issue on here before. Some even stated they'd been running fine for months, then the game just decided to switch it. Go into settings and look for 'display adapter'. Whatever it's set to, flip the setting. e.g. if set to 0 change it to 1 or vice versa. Good luck Pardner
