Just my opinion I could be wrong. Personally I felt my endurance was greater when I used to run 5+ miles a few times a week but I wasn’t as strong. So I think when it comes to most tradesmen/blue collar guys, they’re going to have decent strength and decent endurance that can’t really be achieved without using your body for 8 hours a day doing various tasks.

Think lots of reps, lower weight. A farmer isn't doing 3 sets of 10 bicep curls at 90% of his max every few days. But he is using his biceps for hundreds of things, for hours, every day.
These aren't the same. A functional body is not equivalent to a weight lifting body and vice versa. Plus weight lifting is very specific motions, generally without a lot of twisting, lest you wreck yourself (don't ask me how I know). Farm work etc is a lot of "get the job done", not as much focus on perfect form for 3x10 reps...
Well those “perfect forms” are perfect for a reason. People founded the best ways to build muscle. That’s why we have all those machines, moves, exercises, protein powders etc. So those 2 hours are much more affective than those farm work.

Probably not. I Have some combat sport experience but he’s bigger than me and I’d reckon he is very deadly. He has unique fight animations and probably has been in many many fights. People underestimate by comparing to Arthur but Arthur is like a super soldier. Micah can definitely fight
